This is an incredible little book packed with knowledge, solutions to our financial struggles, simply just an awesome book, l just couldn't stop writing, highlighting, reading over and over again to just digest every sentence and apply the knowledge to my life. I'll recommend this book to every human being , business owner or entity under the Sun. Kudos to Mr Patrick Kelly for his extensive research and knowledge, and for sharing this with the world; we applaud you and we are most grateful to You for peeling all the layers of "the big Onion" for us to see and implement in our lives. This is by far one of the best books that I have ever read that was written by Patrick Kelly. I work in an industry where we teach people ways to lower their taxes, and to help them get out of debt. I was amazed at how much information this book provided that I was already teaching to my clients. Not only that, but if you are looking for a way to get ahead when it comes to retirement and ensuring that you are doing what you need to be doing, then I highly recommend this book to you. It is an incredible read, and you will learn more in this book than you will have ever learned in school. Most of what is in here has never been taught in school. But I promise that by reading it, this book will change your life when it comes to the areas that you will invest your money. I have read this book multiple times, and will continue to read it as there are things that I not only apply on a daily basis, but I’m a student of the book. I teach people the principals that are taught in it, and I would recommend that you purchase this book as well. I love this book, and I have continued to read, and re-read to learn the essentials to help me become a better salesperson. I definitely give this book and author 5 stars. Incredible book!

WOW. This book is packed with powerful information. Was looking to increase my retirement and wealth building knowledge and someone recommended this book to me. I was blown away. So much to learn. This helped to paint a really clear picture concerning what needs to be done to retire the right way and what is really happening with your money. I want everyone I know and love to read this book and expect to be changed---for the better. They should teach this to kids from 3rd-12th grade.

This is a great introduction to indexed products. It's very easy to read in just a couple hours and easy to understand. It provides an excellent preview of what gaining a deeper understanding of the product will deliver. The perfect appetizer! Four stars because of repitition that could have been replaced with some deeper information.

I gave this 5 stars for two reasons: He introduces a specific concept called indexing and he explains the difference between average annual returns and actual returns. First, you really need to read his first book to understand the reasoning why someone would want to use cash building life insurance as part of their retirement planning. Once you understand the concept from that excellent book, you can read this one which is goes into specifics of using indexed products to guarantee retirement income. Most of it focuses on indexed universal life, but he does speak a little bit about indexed annuities for those who are already retired. Second, the average annual return quoted are so misleading. What really matters is your actual returns. Your actual returns are going to be lower than average annual returns if you experience a negative year. When you understand these calculations, you're undersatnd why you lost money despite the last 10 plus years being flat from an average annual return basis.

Another great book by Patrick Kelly. I am a financial proffessional and these book has given me great information to help my clients with questions about retirement. I will recommend people to read it. It is simple and very clear.

I would recommend everyone to read this book that desires prosperity in their retirement. I like the way the author explained the IUL using illustrative stories.
