The item was nice and arrived quickly (although ordered 2 at the same time and 1 isn't arriving for nearly another week!) The item is nice but the packaging contained large sharp staples that were difficult to remove. Considering I paid for delivery, this could have been better.

Full length of longest pole with end balls is min 118cm - max 225cm, (with 2 cm left inside to support the connection) as apposed to advertised 120cm - 200cm. Length of bracket 3 cm, width 1cm (see photo 1), no plugs supplied but screws are too thin for my smallest wood drill, so I used different screws that fit the holes that give more width and stability (see photo 2). Each pole end has a hole that fits into the small protruding stem that is on the end of each bracket (see photo 3, then photo 4 of my 127cm finished window). So for my other 110cm window there is no matching product to fit this length, and i seem to have the choice of ordering this pole again and disconnecting the 2 separate extendable sections then cutting it at both ends with a metal saw, or hope that the smaller option advertised as 80cm-100cm, extends to 110cm; as the larger one extends beyond what is advertised? And yes it does to answer my own question now its arrived! ;-)

Brackets are made from pot metal, do not fit the pole and snap as soon as the rod is inserted. I suspect chinese typical quality.Also available for 1/3 the cost in retail stores, however still not worth the money.

The use for these was slightly unusual. They were to act as rails to hold the curtains in place at the bottom of the windows of my VW camper, and they were perfect for the job!
