1,000 Ct Milano Set - 10g Casino Clay Chips with Acrylic Display Case for Casino Games

Case and chips arrived separately both neatly packed and came in perfect condition. This are some incredible chips, especially for the price. Looking forward to using these during poker nights with friends.

You know, when you spend almost $400 on poker chips, you’d expect it to come all nice a neat.The box was delivered looking a bit rough. Once I opened it, i noticed clay matter all over and chips scattered everywhere. Envelopes were cut in half full of loose chips that were in the box and even the acrylic case had cracks throughout it (i ended up just throwing that straight in the trash).Finally spent an hour organizing all the scattered chips and counted them and a total of 11 were cracked and broken. 10 white 1$ chips and 1 green 25$.The only thing that looked untouched were the chip trays, magically.Forget about the acrylic case, All i need is a replacement for the chips that were broken.

I am no poker-pro and I do not have much detailed knowledge about the chips. All I knew was to get clay chips in place of all other kind. I took help of my friend and read some articles about these milano chips and decided to get it. And mannn I am impressed. The chips look and feel so real, I mean just like casino chips. I oiled my chips too. And they look beautiful. My poker buddies were impressed by the quality of the chips. Shuffling the chips is a breeze. Also when I received the package first time, the case was cracked. I contacted customer service and they replied to my email in 4 hours asking for a photograph. I sent them a snap and they replied me next day morning saying new case is on the way and it will take 7-10 business day to reach to me. The new case was at my place in 2 days. It is very rare that I don't have to speak on a phone and explain the whole thing to multiple people in customer service. It was just a matter of 2 e-mails and 2 days. I am just impressed by the whole quality and experience.Ohh and be aware when you get your chips first time, don't be shocked by not so vibrant colors. Once you use them often and also oil them (if you prefer to) the chips look gorgeous.I would definitely recommend these chips.

The case and chips arrived on time. The acrylic case and trays were packed in it's own cardboard box which was inside another cardboard box that contained a flat cardboard box with the $1 and $5 denominated chips. The other chips were packed in two envelopes. No chips were broken or otherwise damaged except for one of the $25 chips had its sticker off center(see picture) and the set is missing a roll of $25 denominated chips.

Awesome casino quality

They look great and the weight is just ok... I play in Vegas quite often and these chips are not the same weight or thickness of chips we play with there. The thickness is the annoying part. The 20-chip tray fits 21 chips which is very disappointing and really separates these chips from the better quality chips out there. I am not sure if this is a variation issue in their production or something they did on purpose and just don’t mention. I host a serious home game every month and was hoping to use these chips but now I’m not sure I want to.Still considering whether or not i will return them.

Ordered this product last night after weeks of deliberation. Shipping/taxes puts the price over $400 for me. Went ahead anyway. Then, per instructions, I sent a message to customize the chip breakout counts/denominations to fit my home game needs. I got a message this morning that they no longer customize chip amounts and I’m stuck with the default breakout.I’ll update this review when they arrive. But this purchase is already kinda disappointing and more expensive than I anticipated.*****edit after chips arrived*****These are pretty awesome chips. I’m very satisfied with the quality and I’ve decided I’m going to expand this set with another 500 soon. I’m going to bump my review up to four stars based on how much I like the chips.The cons:The chip **trays** in this package fit 21 per row easily (as per the listing warned). It’s not a huge deal for me, but I’ll prob upgrade to the smaller trays when I can.A few red (5$) chips came missing a sticker on one side. (Two that I’ve found). I’ll reach out to shipper to see if they can be replaced.The outside packaging was kinda busted up. But inside the chips were fine.The pros:They look, sound, feel, and play awesome. They’re exactly what I was looking for. Out of the box they’re chalky, but give ‘em a polish with a little oil and the colors pop.
