I've been experimenting with gel/liquid multivitamins for improved absorbability since I have trouble with digestion and absorb nutrients much better in liquid form. It's hard to find a liquid multivitamin, usually liquid supplements only have a few things in them not a full spectrum multivitamin, so these are a good option. I ordered the pack of 14 and tried to take them somewhat consistently though I would get forgetful and miss days. On the days I took this I definitely noticed an improvement in my energy levels. The taste was palatable but not my favorite, they have that "b vitamin" flavor to them, but it's not too bad. When I ran out though I didn't notice a huge difference or feel compelled to order more. Might try again at some point, seems like a decent overall option for liquid multivitamin.

I really love these gel vitamin and mineral packets. I tried the 7 day supply first before I got the 30 day supply and I knew I had to get the full month's supply. One, it's so easy to take, I just pop open the gel and put it in my mouth right out of the packet. It has a good taste and flavor although you can still taste some of the vitamins mixed in but it's not bad to me at all. It is so much easier than taking a bunch of pills and other liquids! I have went down from taking about 7 different pills and liquids to just this one (along with extra iron as this is the only mineral missing in this multi) Two, now let me tell you the best benefits that I have experienced for me. This vitamin and mineral gel has made a huge difference for me mentally. Everytime I take it early in the morning, the rest of the day I feel energetic and as someone who suffers from social anxiety and brain fog, everytime I take this I feel more social and talkative and like I can think clearly. I know this isn't targeted for that, but I believe the combination of the vitamins and minerals and antioxidants has a big brain boosting and nerve effect (at least on me). Third, this vitamin packet has all the vitamins and minerals you need that alot alot of other multi vitamins do not have. Plus, all of the vitamins and minerals are in correct form/best bioavailable form and not just made out of cheap junk. Overall this product is fantastic and is now a staple in my life and diet. One thing I do wish is the price was lower as it is rather really expensive for a multi vitamin.

I buy these vitamins for my husband and have also taken them occasionally. He says these are the only vitamins he has ever taken that he can feel the difference. He takes medicine for other conditions so the fact that these are not another pill is a plus for him. He also likes that they are easy to take with him when he travels for work. I have also taken them, and can say that the flavor is very good, the consistency is sort of like a gel. We can also say that we have never gotten an upset stomach when taking, and my husband sometimes will take them on an empty stomach. In our opinion it contains all the necessary vitamins with good overall daily value. My husband says he finds them effective in giving him the vitamins he might be missing and also gives him energy. When it comes to price, we wish the normal price would be less; however, the company does give discounts every so often which lowers the price significantly.

Pros- definitely fruity and tolerable if taken alone (almost like concentrated fruit juice). Cannot really taste it in a good smoothie. Felt it immediately- more energy (probably B vitamins) and a tad more stamina. Cons - somewhat of a medicinal after taste if taken alone and 30 day supply is bulky (box open for easy access but they also fall out if you’re not careful). Overall - after two weeks it is going well. If I skip a day, I can tell around 5PM ish. This is a great boost for energy (at least that’s what I noticed) and I hope to realize additional benefits as time goes by. I have CHF and diabetes so I am grateful I found something like this. Very pleased!

Amazing flavor and ease!! I was horrible at taking my daily vitamin and this has been wonderful! I feel great I’ve noticed a difference in my hair and overall wellbeing. Quality is great! Energy level has increased. Great value.

Been buying from Healthy Cell for years and these have made a big difference on my health. Tastes great too! Yes, it’s expensive. Not a fan of the price, but it does have long term benefits using every month.

The product at Healthy Cell is AMAZING! Zero complaints about the packets. They work exactly as described. The problem is the care NOT taken by Amazon to ensure that my packets are secure inside the delivery box. Once again, my packets arrived spilled all over the inside of my box. The is probably because it came packed with another item with a single piece of brown packing paper, which was flat inside my box, and the contents of my packets were spilled all over the top of my other item. Thankfully, none of them broke open, or my other item would have been ruined. Amazon needs to take better care to protect the HC box containing the packets. At least it wasn't shipped in a plastic bag like it normally is.
