InstaNaturalVitamin C Face Serum, Brightens, Hydrates and Reduces Signs of Aging, with Vitamin C, Hyaluronic and Ferulic Acid, 1 FL Oz

I have nothing but good things to say about nearly all of the InstaNatural products I've used over the past year or so. Before selecting them, I reviewed many different products and brands and finally settled on this company based on the excellent reviews, but also on the company responses to customer concerns - always a nice touch.InstaNaturals is a small company, so they try harder. I've always had great customer service with a willingness to do it right the first time. They are quick to respond to emailed questioned regarding products - something that was helpful to me in making my final selections the first go around. The products are lovely to use and most importantly, the price is right. Very reasonable and they last for months.I am in my late 60's with dry, sun-damaged skin that has seen too many surgeries to remove basal cell cancers. I also have 'smile lines' (read that as 'my face looks like a road map, but I'm unwilling to admit it) and just felt I needed some help. I'm not one to buy expensive 'potions' and would probably forget any way, but I have been faithful in using these products because they are so easy and pleasant to use. Having said that, it is a testimony to the company and the products that I continued to use them even when I wasn't seeing results for a while (more on that later).How you use these products is important: In the past, I had showered and immediately applied an all-over moisturizer BEFORE using the InsaNaturals serums.. I'm not sure what I was thinking or why I got that so wrong, but I still continued to use them in spite of not seeing a noticeable difference. But on a recent re-order, I received an email from AJ explaining the 'correct way to apply' . . . and that would mean applying the serums to BARE skin and BEFORE anything else. Kind of a duh moment for me. I've been doing this since and have seen really nice results. Here is what I do:Right out of the shower, I apply the Age-defying 2.5% Retinol Serum to my face and neck (this is similar to the older version with the grey label). I allow this to dry 5 minutes and then apply the Pro-Radiant Skin Brightening Serum. Both of these products look orange in your palm, probably due to the healthful astaxanthin it contains, but doesn't show once applied to your face. In spite of having very dry skin, for some reason I rarely use a moisturizer after. My face feels firmer, but not drier. It also is much smoother.I've recommended their line to others based on results, price, reviews and customer service. I intend to try more of their products. The only one I wasn't crazy about and rarely used was the Youth Express Vitamin C Moisturizer. While all the other products have a barely noticeable, but pleasant scent, this never did it for me. I should have returned it a year a go and not sure why I didn't as I'm sure a return with IN would be a snap.Give this company and their great products a try - you won't be disappointed.

so after spending lots of precious time and frustration sorting through the reviews of the free loaders who got the product for free to test, I was a bit concerned. You can always tell those reviews, they go on and on, about how many ounces in the bottle, listing ingredients and what they are suppose to do.... Here is my fave: this serum smells delicious,.... and on and on never really being specific about the concrete actual personal changes in their skin. SO after reading all the reviews and I must say: this company would benefit avoiding these free loaders, because so many of these views made me wonder if this product has any value, not to mention all the precious time going through those. SO I think I vented, now on to the product. It works. I have been using it for one week, just about. I do have a few small bumps from my skin detoxing since I started using it, but that only lets me work the product works!!!. Day one I loved it., I jus turned 42 and I am noticing things about my skin that I never thought I would. ANd it's like your skin changes over night. I am into skin, in the beauty industry and have spent a considerable amount of time and money on sooo many products during the course of countless years. Many of the products that did amazing for me no longer suffice.it is imperative to moisturize the skin after applying the serum and for women in their 40's it recommend a deep moisturizer, depending on the skin type. The first thing I loved was the texture and absorbtion and fragrance.. It left me wanting to apply more of it to my skin. I did have some small bumps on my skin, but that just let me know the product works. About a week into it, and i realize it is early to tell, my pores are reduced like all the way, leaving my skin texture smoother, also I see clarity and an even tone now, I had discoloration around my chin and side of my face since my20's and that is gone, in specific yellowing around the mouth. That is such a big deal, .. I have a dark spot nothing major but def obvious and that has faded. Below my chin I have a faint line that has been there since my late 20's and that is gone, and that is huge to me, because for the life of me I would have to do multiple treatments to make that go away for like 24 hours, and last but not least the lines and a bit of puffines that I began to notice rt after my42nd BD, are gone. I still have some fine lines on my forehead and it has only been a week, I do not use botox or fillers so I have those on my forehead but seeing the results so far am hoping I can loose those. I do have to say that this does lighten your skin so if you do not want that then beware of this product. OK the only thing I could add is a pump bottle so that the product does not get oxidized every time you open the bottle. I also bought the eye serum and it is equally wonderfulsorry for the wordy review and venting i hope this helps some people out there

I have been using this for about two weeks now, and am starting to see results. Nothing drastic, but there is a definite brightening of my skin. I bought it mainly to hopefully diminish the old crone lines around my mouth, and it will take longer for that, I think!It took awhile for me to get the hang of the proper amount to use for my skin. At first I was using two drops night and day as advised on the label. Then I changed to three drops per application. Then four. I work outside, and I noticed that my skin was feeling drier than normal despite using moisturizer over the serum. So this week I decided to use it only at night, reducing the amount to three drops, with argan oil and rosehip oil over it. I strongly recommend this - moisturizing oils enhance this beautifully and I wake up with dewy skin. Something about being outside in the sun for extended periods of time causes dryness with this serum, so if you work outdoors and/or have very sensitive skin as I do, I would only use this at night. Also be careful with it around the eyes. Just a minuscule amount is needed there.I feel that this has the same effects as exfoliation with brightened skin as a bonus. It does not cause my pores to become enlarged as some exfoliators do, so that is a definite bonus! I would cleanse well, use a good moisturizing toner (InstaNatural's rose water works great with this), apply the serum, then the oils over that. I love their argan oil over it as well as rosehip oil. Just remember not to get excited and use too much...my face became a bit red when I was using four drops at a time. Two to three drops are all I need to get a nice, healthy bright complexion!
