Buy cheap buy twice
Received quick and looked in good condition, arrived with no oil in which I sort of expected, so filled with good quality oil and fitted to truck only to find 5 mins later I was taking 3 of them off again as they all leaked, taken apart all cleaned checked and refilled but still leaked, so sorry but 1 star for me.

Buy cheap get cheap
Shocks look good but that's where the good points stop, they and very tough when compressing and if fitting to a crawler the spring are super tough , save money and buy different ones and not these , sorry but only being honest

Don't buy - Not fit for purpose
If you fill these shocks with oil it won't make it out on the trail, it will be all over your bench before you get the body back on your rig. They leak immediately. Two of my shocks are stiffer than the other two, one feels like there is metal on metal grating and scraping in the internal so the overall feel is awful and uneven.Terrible.Don't do what I did, buy the ones you know you ought to buy, the more expensive ones made by people who know what they are doing.

Great for price, easy to make perfect.
Springs are very stiff, and units do leak a little bit. But once I replaced the o-rings I haven't had any further problems.I took of the spring tensioners and replaced the springs with those from my original rc kit.For the price they are very good, but you only need a little rc knowledge to make them perfect.

Works ok but not the best.
These have quite strong springs in them. I ended out swapping the springs for the original famous ones. They also don’t come with any oil at all so be prepared you will need to supply your own.

Very good for a Rally set up
Very good for the money, very good dampening with reduced body roll, perfect for a rally set up, may need a little extension to get them away from the suspension arms i just popped a little washer to space them

Not oil filled shocks!
Look great, feel quality, but the springs are quite hard and they do not hold oil. They still manage some damping based on the air inside and the rubber diaphragm. Better than the standard setup on a tamiya lunchbox (85mm) if a touch too long on the front. If you are expecting proper oil filled shocks look elsewhere.
