Best in Show!
By far the best brand of CM I've tried. I highly recommend this brand of CM. For the record, CM doesn't directly increase muscle growth, rather, it enhances your stamina and recovery so you can train longer, harder and recover more quickly between sets and after a hard training session without soreness. You still need to do the usual like maintain a proper protein diet and get lots of sleep. The taste is extremely tart or equivalent to eating dried grounded, lime peels. You can mix it with almost any beverage, but I train fasted so I just guzzle it straight. It may tie up your stomach rarely, but I found an additional glass of water will help move things along. Its also a great vasodilator --- if your interested that side-effect -- which is part of how it works. How much it shows depends on your leanness, but mostly your genetics. As for pumps, I don't notice it that much, but the effect differ greatly from person to person. Again, its a genetics thing since some people claim enhanced pumps from creatine, which I don't get. I've experiment with ratios (L-citrulline, 1:1) and 2:1 works best. You actually need the combo malate (malic acid) for it to work. The recommended dose is 6-8 gms, but I've had no issues using up to 16gms -- which is the point of diminishing return for me. That is, it doesn't work any better after that.

awesome for recovery and endurance.
i love this stuff!! i know it works. i use it for recovery. the reason i know it works is i was at a juggling convention and literally was so exhausted i was sick. i used this stuff and felt good enough to take my shift driving home. and here is the kicker this happend a while ago when i first tried the product and seen what a serving was on the bottle. being exhausted i took 2 scoops. then i did more research and found out i should have taken 4 scoops so this stuff worked at half the dose!! now my only complaint isn't about the product as much as the packaging please make a wider mouth bottle and half as tall or at least put in a scoop that can reach the bottom of the container!!

No more chest pain when exercising
The media could not be loaded. I felt good from the first day. The COVID left me with pains in my chest when exercising, but with this supplement I can do intense exercises for a long time and my chest does not hurt or get tired. It gives me a lot of resistance. I take it an hour before doing my exercises. It has a lemon flavor and comes with a spoon. At the moment, I take it once a day, although the package says three times a day. I think it is a good product, and I will gladly buy it again since it has given me the expected results.

Works well, but taste is gross
Do not believe the reviews that say this just tastes like lemon water. I can clarify it for you, it tastes like someone ate a lemon and drank some water, then threw it up into a glass for you to use as pre workout. If you like the taste of it, that is excellent, but if you don’t, you WILL get used to it, at least to a degree. Otherwise, the stuff is great, if you want something healthier than a lot of pre workouts on the market, or as a part of a compound you make yourself, it’s definitely a good choice. Even on its own, you can notice a difference in the intensity of your workout, even however slightly, from early on.

Citrulline Malate recommended by my doctor (late 40's weight trainer). It kicked ass with barely any side affects.
I'm in my late 40's and workout pretty heavily with weight training and some cardio. I've been using caffeine based pre-workouts for years but old age is creeping in and I had some heart palpitations after using them for a year straight and went to the doctor. My doctor said he's seen many heart problems caused by the standard pre-workout products out there today. Such as damaged heart valves in older guys like me. He recommended Citrulline Malate. He said to make sure the mixture's were split. I did some research and haven't found one that is exactly so but reviews overall pointed to Primaforce.Today I got it in the mail. Put a scoop in my water bottle and it was sour. No real additives. I consider that a bonus. I don't want a bunch of s*** in it. So props to Primaforce for that. It's not a bad taste, just not a great one either. Unlike my caffeine based products this took about 10 minute to hit me. It was soft, yet oddly serene in comparison. I had lots of energy. I even danced between sets. No heavy heartbeat, no light headedness, just a clean soft amp you could hardly tell was there. I don't know how to describe it. It's more of a mental amp than a body amp. I could sit through a lecture with this stuff. However, I did crash a bit after I took a break at the start of hour 3. Then in about an hour of relaxing I felt pretty good again. Didn't feel awful during the crash, just tired. I attribute that not to the citrulline malate, but to the fact I am use to heavy caffeine products that are seriously way unhealthy.Do some research and ask your doctor. They'll give you a lecture and a half about how bad most of caffeine based pre-workouts are for you. And I quote my doctor "at your age, your heart is like an old horse, you can beat it and whip it to make it run faster but eventually something is going to give and the horse is going to drop dead". He and another doctor nearby went on to read the ingredients on both caffeine products I used prior to Citrulline Malate. They shook their heads and pointed out like 10 ingredients that were just horrible for your body. My doctor was a body builder for most of his life so he knows his s***.So far I heartily recommend this but will update if I have any issues.

Good buy updated beware if u have stomach issues
Update: I rerated becuase after a few days I got horrible stomach cramps after taking this. I don’t think it’s an issue with the product I think it’s just me and my stomach so I just want to caution of this possibility. It still is a good value and did what I expected however I had to stop taking it due to crampsI just got this a few days ago but it does what I expected it too. I actually like the taste to it also. Strong citrus but better than the chemical taste most supplements have.
