I discovered that this brand, and other quality brands, are better than other brands that I using. When I use this brand I consistently have fewer than 5 CPAP measured events per night (usually 2-3). When I use a lesser quantity brand I average 6 or more events per hour of sleep.

I honestly bought it because I was having extreme nightmares every night for like a week someone said my serotonin might be low so I bought came in one day and it automatically fixed everything. I continue to use it and honestly it approved my sleep. I sleep through the whole night and seems to feel like a very deep sleep. My only dislike is it makes me feel very groggy when I wakeup

I take this of the morning on an empty stomach and within 30 minutes feel more energized and less hungry. It also helps with a calmer mood.

Made the mistake of not reading the ingredients. It contains calcium and is not non-GMO. Need to find a replacement.

As someone who lives with a mild form of depression and gets very little sleep I had wanted a natural form of medication instead of Prozac or another anti-depressant but this stuff works wonderfully. I will definitely be recommending this

Ya lo había tomado antes pero no de este fabricante , pero si este trabaja muy bien yo lo mezclo con otro suplemento para dormir y me trabaja excelente para relajarme y poder dormir muy bien. Ya que mi nivel de estrés es enorme y eso me quita el sueño y me crea mucha ansiedad. Pero estos suplementos me relajan y puedo dormir. Lo tomo solo cuando siento que no puedo dormir para no acostumbrar mi cuerpo a depender de este suplemento siempre.
