Z Nothing Beyond Hot Sauce by Cajohn's [Foods]

I am changing my review from the first one to 4 stars from one star. The reason for this is becauseWhen I first tried this Sauce I was trying some others that where hotter and I don’t believe I had shaken it up well enough if at all.After using this sauce more, about 1/3 of thebottle, It’s quite good and I would buy it again.It is not as hot as the Mad Dog 357 but it delivers a pretty good kick, not like the Five Finger Death punch to your mouth on fire but it’s got enough kick to get you sweating and feel the burn.Good Flavor, it’s not that one drop at a time or your mouth will explode hot but you can’t go to crazy with it.Just always remember after handling the bottle and lid wash your, also be careful not to wipe the sweat from your Forehead or eyes because it can sting pretty bad...🤣👍Update: After finishing my first bottle of this I ordered another and it seems this bottle is from a different batch and is even hotter.Still one of my favorite Extreme, extreme Hot sauces....👍👍

There are no complaints here!!Being cajun born and a bottle of hot sauce as my bottle. Lol.. I could never find hot sauce that was truly hot enough to satisfy my palette. My co-workers were always bringing in sauces for me to try and still nothing was hot enough until one of my coworkers came across this sauce. I ordered a bottle and much to my amazement, FINALLY A HOT SAUCE THAT IS TRULY HOT! I LOVE THIS SAUCE! It is my forever sauce! NOTHING COMPARES TO THIS SAUCE! However, be warned it only takes a dab. BEST SAUCE EVER!!!!!

Burns like hell. 1billion percent recommend. Have gotten so many bottles.

Was considering knocking a star off for lack of heat but it was still a little spicy, nowhere near 4M scoville but had a little kick. Flavor was excellent really kicked up the stuffed peppers I put it on. Looking at the ingredients the 4M extract is the last one, so it seems like there is a 4M extract in it but not enough to elevate the entire sauce to 4M.

Pretty hot, though I still go through it decently fast. Problem is if I put enough on to really up the heat then I have to deal with its extract aftertaste. Still one of my favorite extract sauces.

This sauce is definitely very hot, and lends a nice flavor to foods. However I've noticed that a couple of reviewers have rated this product unfavorably because it wasn't as hot as they expected. My response to that is that it may be important to keep in mind that it doesn't say anywhere that the hot sauce itself is 4 million SHU - it instead says that this sauce contains extract of that intensity, and there is a difference. For instance, if you're flavoring a batch of BBQ sauce with a couple drops of capsaicin extract, it will make the sauce hot, but it won't suddenly become as hot as the extract itself. This sauce is definitely very hot either way, although it's impossible to know the exact degree of intensity that it has. I can however say that this sauce is significantly more intense than my zombie apocalypse hot sauce which contains about half a million scoville heat units.

I'm not sure if they changed their formula or if I just received a spoiled bottle.. I've gotten this hot sauce in the past and always loved the flavor. The old bottles I use to get had a safety plastic seal to ensure you didn't accidently pour too much. This one did not come with that. Additionally, there was no flavor to it... the heat level was fine, but the actual taste was just a bitter mess ruining the taste of any food you put it on.

Things i will order through Amazon. I like Z a lot. Been a go to for about 12 to 14 years. I try not to use Amazon at it all anymore. They have been out at the bottom of my list for years of paying for something and not receiving.
