McGuire-Nicholas15" Collapsible Tool Tote, Grey and Black Tool Tote Bag, 22015

I never seen to find the time, and I need a tool tote badly. I am so done with tool boxes that are getting too heavy. This tote was inexpensive, and looked like it would carry what I need for a particular job. This tote feels heavy duty and made well enough to stand some use and abuse. I liked the handle, the outside pockets, the inner tool loops, and that I can collapse it by removing the bottom and folding it up.So far this tote has carried what I have needed like, driver drills with spare batteries, boxes of screws or nails, large pipe wrenches, hand tools, speed squares, drills, and saws. The outside pockets make it easy to get at the smaller stuff, tape measures, cutters, pliers, screwdrivers, electrical testers, whatever.The only down side was the lack of a shoulder strap. I think I can cobble one up!

I am using this a a tool bag for pottery tools and works really well. Love the open top and lots of pockets on the outside. Would be great if there were pockets on the inside as well. Great value and seems well made for what I am using it for. Would work well as a light weight tool bag for the DYI projects around the house as well.

I'd had enough of tool boxes—what I needed always seemed to gravitate to the bottom, and tools never stayed organized, so I thought I'd give this bag a try. Glad I did! It's light but very sturdy, the hand-grip is comfortable...and you can put a crapload of tools in it. Lots of different sized pockets on the outside and loops on the inside so your screwdrivers, wrenches and pliers aren't all in a jumble at the bottom. Two generously sized pockets on the narrow ends (I use one of them for tapes and it holds plenty), and the walls on those ends come up high, great for clipping on items like a steel tape measure. The only downside is that it's SO sturdy and well organized that by the time I finish filling it up, it's pretty heavy—good thing that handle is well padded!The big bay in the middle easily holds the tools too large for the pockets: hammer, slip-joint pliers, Vise Grips, etc. You could fit a cordless drill, but I keep mine separate; instead I have a compartmented box to hold little bits of hardware and fasteners (the Stack-On SBR-13 13 Compartment Storage Organizer Box with Removable Dividers, here on Amazon).I like having well made things that work well...and this is definitely one of them!

love the size and storage space and tool slots and pockets sturdy handle just perfect for my purpose as a jeep tool boxwish the sides weren't as floppy they sag with tool weight the reason I didn't give it 5 stars . But over all I am happy with it . Great value

UPDATE: I now fully appreciate the "openness" of the bag. I have full access to all the tools, be they in the main compartment or in the side pockets. I have upped the rating to a five.ORIGINAL REVIEW: I am still making up my mind on this one, and may bump it up to a 5-star rating in the future.This tote is my go-to bag for most day to day projects. It replaces a small tool box that was falling apart. I keep a separate large toolbox for larger jobs. The tote holds a lot of stuff. I especially like the external pockets designed for screwdrivers, box cutters, etc. They hold these items securely. There is plenty of room in the main compartment to hold everything else. This layout makes it easy to find tools quickly. It is sturdy, well-designed and thoughtfully-built. The only reason I dinged it a star may have more to do with my getting accustomed to it. I thought it would collapse a bit when you pick it up and make it narrower. It doesn’t, it remains wide-open. I am not sure why this bothers me, perhaps I am not used to the design. Once I have more experience with it I may bump it up another star. I do like the bag a lot.

Perfect bag for several, several hand tools. I do high end A/V and lighting control installation and I keep my 16oz estwing hammer in the bottom and its just long enough to put in and out with ease while having several squares, measuring tools, stud finders, electrical voltage, toning and wire tracing devices, a chisel, hex/torq key sets, my 12v dewalt drill, 2 batteries and a little driver bit set, gloves, eye pro, dustmask, basic pliers and crimpers, and I still set me little hip pouch and tape measure in it at the end of the day. Not a ton of room to grow but this was the bag for me. After using for two months, I am very pleased with size, quality and price. My 20v dewalt drill kit and tools in this bag are what I do 90% of my work with.

I was definitely pleasantly surprised by the quality of this tote. I set my expectations a little low, just because of the very low price. The handle feels sturdy, was perfectly centered, and all the stitching looks good. I can’t really speak for its durability, since I’ve had it less than 24 hours. But I immediately put it to use. I baught it to be a gardening tote, and I filled it with my tools and supplies and totes it all over the yard as I worked outside today. The main compartment is nice and roomy. I love how well it stands open and everything is super easy to access. The only improvement I’d wish for is for the outside pockets to be a little deeper. Even as it is though, none of my tools fell out or tipped over in the pockets. Overall, I‘m super happy with it!

It seemed like the best value out there. I use that for the tools I use the most, so that it's always ready to carry around when I'm not working in my garage (where my tool cabinet is).It is perfect. It replaces an old soft zipper tote bag but which I never did zip closed.The good thing about this one is that it holds my pliers, knives, pencils, screwdrivers upright so that I don't have to dig for them. That's because of the convenient strap loops inside which are not well displayed in the pictures. Outside pockets work well too, and sizes are well distributed for misc stuff.It holds it's shape pretty well and will not collapse when outside pockets are loaded.Now, time will tell how durable it is. However, for under 25$ I am not asking for lifetime.

Can't complain for the money it's pretty good.

This is a handy, lightweight tote yet sturdy enough to carry a good selection of tools and a sturdy carry handle. But because it is collapsible, there is a limit to the amount of tools/equipment it can take. So this purchase was a second tote which will be used for other items. Highly recommend if you are looking for something to carry a limited selection of tools with you. Great value.

The media could not be loaded. Muy Buen producto. Es un material rígido y resistente y que considero aguantara mucho, tanto en peso de material como en tiempo de uso. Yo lo quería para cargar mis cosas del trabajo por lo cual me lo imaginaba más pequeño, tal vez no la use y se la regale a mi papá que tiene mucha herramienta. Tiene varios compartimientos, la agarradera es dura con una envoltura suave, tiene un separador que puedes desmontar si es que necesitas más espacio, y unos protectores en la base para que mantenga el equilibrio y no se desgate con el rose del piso. Claro que la volvería a comprar, super recomendada para herramienta pequeña. ;)
