Loved this book! I’ve been working with Coop & the TBB group for the last 2 years and this book still offered me a wealth of information and new perspectives. Learning never seizes to stop if you’re open and willing to look at an old idea through a fresh lens, and that is what FFTT has given me. The flow of the work is thoughtful and informative. The use of examples add real life value. “We’re all in this together.” If you’re thinking about being an entrepreneur, are an entrepreneur, or know an entrepreneur, wait no longer and dive right in to FFTT. If you want to get to where you’ve never been, you need to do what you’ve never done. Really great stuff.

The title of this book captured my attention as a lifelong serial entrepreneur. I've been a Founder, Farmer, Tinker and Thief. If there was room on the cover of this book to add a word, I might add Giver. The book does an excellent job of not only explaining each stage but how to successfully navigate through each step. I'd add giver because I think entrepreneurs who finally run out of energy and decide to relax start to give back. The book acknowledges this stage, but I'd add the word. I loved this book. Obviously written by someone who's been there.

This book is very clearly written and understandableChris is very methodical which I like.He simplifies each step of his strategy.I know my business will be helped be helped because of it.

I've read all of Chris Cooper's books. I absolutely love this one. It helps give the perspective that I need to mode through the stages as a business owner. My biggest fear is being stuck in the stage he refers to as the Farmer. This is a book that I will look to repeatedly to help understand how to navigate to keep moving towards my end goal or as he states it...my perfect day!

Best thing about this book for me is that Chris is doing what he is teaching. Starting from the bottom, he built successfull business(gym) then moved to help others. Every owner of small service business can find himself in one of four stages. I think that best for future success is to start from founder and experience each stage and build up through years.

I like to think of author Chris Cooper as a lighthouse for my business. There's lots of rocks out there, most of them discovered by businesses before me.Coop ensures I steer clear of those rocks and gudes me safely along my path, on the best route possible.Highly recommend for any entrepreneur out there!
