This vitamin is awesome. I took it when i wanted to quit smoking. It helps me stay smoke-free!

I was having severe insomnia one 50 mg cap gave me sleep relief for two days and it diminished my anxiety thoughts and help my body relax to where I felt normal and could function into daily task. I also added a popular hemp oil from Amazon with good reviews and the together is stellar!After several days I had to bump up to 100 mg is your body gets used to the lower dose… I went on YouTube and looked up a video of natural path doctors telling you the recommended dose for lobelia in this 50 mg is very low… They say you should take with 200 to 600 mg a day and you can break that up into three doses.So I say for people who aren’t getting the response they would like you need to take more.The other benefit is I can grieve very easily and very deep!...I am coughing a little bit of phlegm up so it’s cleaning out my lungs in the process!I feel amazing!!!

I have a weak left lung, so during cold and flu seasons, I take 1 Lobelia capsule along with cayenne capsule daily. It helps me cough up and spit out excess mucous from my lungs. Great product. I highly recommend this product.

I only have this a 4 star because I wanted to see the effect. I purchased to help me quit smoking. My quit date is coming up so I will start taking on a daily basis. The one day i took it, after an hour I felt so energetic and in such a happy place ! Noticed while smoking, I didn't feel like I wanted to smoke so i put it out! This isn't a quick fix to quit, you need to have the want to quit, but I feel this will help with the withrawls to njot be so intense and with the irritability that goes with quitting.

I got this yesterday, and this may vary for other people but, I noticed within about an hour or so after taking the first pill, that I didn't feel the need to smoke.I felt a bit more energetic, and yeah it felt easier to breathe, especially since I started smoking more than a pack a day. So because I started smoking more every day, and nothing else worked for me I tried something else. So far I'm glad I picked this up. I might feel like smoking, but at the same time I don't feel the need to smoke. So going from smoking a pack or more in about 12 hours so smoking about a half a pack. I've only had this product for a day so far though, but so far liking what it's doing.I've only felt nauseous while smoking after taking the pills, other than that so far it's had no negative side effects that I can tell.If anything happens or such I will update this review. So far I am happy with this product.

Lobelia capsules have helped reduce my daily smoking habit to a half-pack, even after discontinuing use. I am impressed with the quality of this product, and strongly believe further use could help me completely stop smoking. If you are looking to Lobelia to quit or reduce smoking, I took these every five hours or so for a few weeks, reduced my smoking with no conscious effort, and have not used them for several weeks since with no rebound.

Used this herb before , for my badly damage lungs. Works good . Just need to up the the amount next time I order. 100mg would be better , but they help my lungs. I have COPD, Emphasis, Lobes in my upper lungs . And yes I still smoke.
