Sharp!
Does exactly what it says on the tin. Would recommend. Also very sharp on arrival. Butchered a couple of chickens with it on first use and it only took a couple of minutes to really get a feeling for the blade

didnt think it was really that sharp until i immediately nicked my finger on examination. do not underestimate the sharpness of this blade, it is silly sharp. good value for money

Made in China
Thought I was buying a Swiss made product...it was made in China! However it was sharpe out of the sleeve (no box). Would have bought a different product if I'd have known it was China made.

I use this to trim up briskets and it works great. Super sharp and holds an edge well. Blade has enough flexibility to get around obstacles without being limp. Could be used for filleting fish as well. Good price for the quality.

Victorinox - what more is there to say. I was introduced to this brand 60 years ago when I served my butchers apprentice and they have never let me down. The knife holds an edge well, is reasonably easy to sharpen and, in the case of the boning knife, flexible enough to get the most out of a cut of meat.
