First of all...I see a lot of reviews saying they added with water...Just don't do it! I used to take garlic as a medicine when I was a child and my father always had me swallow the minced garlic with milk or chocolate milk. I suggest that anyone wanting to try this add the extract to a sweet drink. You won't taste the bitterness, bit the maple syrup taste will still linger in the taste. However, this is more bearable than with just water alone.As for my results, I took this for two months. I saw an increase in breast size. I was on a weight gain journey and fenugreek is often said to only be good for losing weight, but after stopping fenugreek, I noticed how increasing my weight can cause inflammation and bloating despite getting good results and eating healthy...After discovering this, I would like to continue fenugreek. I actually bought the supplement in pill form this time and it didn't work. I did some research and apparently extracts are absorbed more efficiently. And yes, I did smell like maple syrup which I loved. I have a sensitivity to deodorant and try to avoid putting it on when I can. With fenugreek, sure people said I smell like I spilled syrup all over myself, but definitely better than smelling like pits. And not all people disliked the smell. Most people don't even consider it the worst smell in the world so I think the smell is not so bad.

Strong maple flavor you don't get from capsules. Does have alcohol in it, I prefer low or no alcohol! This is strong flavor but not effect. I get more from capsules

I ordered this because I need to increase my milk supply. I read the reviews of other women who used this and mentioned they ordered it to increase their milk as well. I just got it today and it says to NOT USE if nursing. So, whoever used this product and reviewed it probably should have read directions before using it to increase milk and nurse their babies.
