The best! I ordered 2 I got 4 more on order but it does take forever to ship. I ordered a month ago & its ETA is another 2 weeks! Well worth the wait. These are $2.10 at the moment free S&H for the slow kind. I highly rec'd getting expedited S&H. Otherwise it takes forever to get. These little eyeliners are so handy for ur purse on the go I always carry eyeliner. The pencil is so handy! The tip of the liquid is hard/inflexible, but that makes it very precise. Some may find it unforgiving. I like to line my eyes w the liquid let dry then trace over with the kohl end. It is waterproof, tear & sweatproof it will survive a zombie apocalypse invasion still looking fleeky asf I'll be ordering some more back ups when I get a couple of mine used up! To think this is as good actually better than high end. My other HG is also Asian (heroine make) but is like $12 a liner on the bay & i tend to misplace my MU. I am going to order 5 more when I get paid haha this is my abso fave liquid liner & u cannot beat the price! Cute leopard packaging!!! & ive tried every drugstore brand, several pens sent to me by subbie boxes, & many high end liners & I can highly rec'd this w great confidence. Would make great guyliner btw. This is my HG ("'Holy' grail") ride or die eyeliner. I can't say enough nice things about this eyeliner.

Not bad at all, the top eyeliner is a bit loose and can come off easy. The liquid liner is great and it really does stay on! I worked in cosmetics for 15 years and for the cost of this you can't go wrong. I have sensitive eyes and it doesn't bother me one bit!

I usually always use the same brand eyeliner, but I had recently got a $5 Amazon gift card and was running low on the eyeliner I always use, so I went out on a whim and got this.And let me say that I was definitely not disappointed. The pencil part is a bit loose, but considering it's going to be in my makeup case all the time, I wouldn't say it's a problem. The liquid eyeliner goes on smooth and comes off easily with water, which is a good thing and sometimes a bad thing. The pencil part is more like a crayon but still works really well and comes off with water too.For under 2$, this is amazing and I have to say that I'd probably even pay more for it.I will definitely be re-ordering soon! The shipping was fast as well.

I was really disappointed when I received the eyeliner. Its brush is very hard and I had to reapply several times to get the line and thickness I need. I wanted to do a thin line but that is impossible with this eyeliner because of the previously mentioned reason. It just really doesn't work for me at all.However the eye pencil was quite nice on its own.

I wore it all day and it lasted but my face was burning. I thought maybe my skin needed a little getting use to all the makeup and so I kept putting it on for a short period of time and my eye still burned. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. Maybe invest in one that’s a little more pricey

It's a really dark, solid black when applied but I have to keep refilling because the tip doesn't absorb enough of the liquid. It's not a good sponge tip and it doesn't bend well enough to get a good line on the eyes so I use my old applicator from a previous liquid liner that I had. All in all I think this item is okay. The pencil that goes on top always pops/falls out easily so this is not something you'd want to keep in your little make-up bag that you would put in your purse. It's more of something you'd leave at home after putting on.

Love this product. The simplicity of having both the liquid liner and the pencil liner in one unit makes it extremely handy especially for travel convenience. Both liquid and pencil go on smoothly and applied for liquid liner allows for either a very narrow or broad application with ease.

Glad it was cheap because I threw it away. The order from the bottle was super strong.

OMG!! THIS STUFF IS AWESOME!!!! It's a large tube, the eye liner is kicken, the liquid liner stays on all day.
