Works great!
I bought a used treadmill in November 2016 and in January 2017 the lube belt message lit up. A quick search came up with this product.Great reviews and a good price so I thought I'd give it a try. It arrived quickly and in perfect condition.I applied it as directed and got back to my exercise routine. I was surprised to find out that it really made a difference to the treadmill's performance! My only problem was locating a hex key aka allen wrench around the house (didn't come with one when I bought it used) to loosen/tighten the belt but that is no fault of the lube vendor. Hey, maybe they could offer to sell a hex key too.Indications on the bottle to show how much to use per application would be helpful but I just eyeballed it and used a sharpie to make the marks.Overall a great product and easy to use.

You need 100% silicone for a True treadmill and this works
I have a True PS800 treadmill purchased new in 2014. I have used this product since 2016 with excellent results. I think the key is the 100% aspect of the product and the proper adjustment of the belt after lubrication (and thereafter) to maintain the proper tension. With practice, you can really do the lubrication step and adjustment quickly (with the trusty Allen wrench tool that came with the TM)... takes me about 15 to 20 minutes to do this step. I am a heavy runner (over 200 lbs) so lube and regular adjustment are important to a good (non-jerking or sticking belt) experience. My belt shows no signs of abnormal wear even though I've run about 20-30 miles a week (or more during good periods). I suspect the lube/adjustment advice applies not only to True TMs, but to other decent machines. It really performs like new (although I don't as I age-up in the world with a retirement).

May not be as good as others for older treadmills.
I am switching to Impresa because my old brand is just too expensive at $10 for a tiny little tube. I used Impresa this morning to lube my treadmill belt. I loosened each belt side adjustment in 5 turn stages to a total of 10 turns on each side which gave me plenty of room to apply the lube directly out of the tube onto the belt thanks to the nice applicator nozzle. Overall I was done in 5 minutes or less. I am very happy with my purchase and will be using IImpresa from now on. I lube every 3 months and the 4 ounce tube should last me well over a year!!10-5-2015 Update. I have issues with my almost 8 year old treadmill tending to surge. It had stopped when I applied my previous lube more frequently, but then started again after I used this lube. So I went back to the old W... F.... Treadmill Lube and the situation has improved and is tolerable again. I ran this morning and don't recall noticing any surging. Normally this is not true. So I opted to get 6 tubes of my previous lube 2 for 1 which makes the lube affordable. It has teflon as well as silicon perhaps that is the difference. So I am changing my rating to a 4 for it really didn't work for me.

Not so easy to use
My beef is with the bottle. It's too thick and hard to squeeze. This lubricant is applied sideways, so gravity isn't working for you. The plastic's thickness makes it impossible to apply enough pressure to get the lubricant out, especially when the bottle is only partially full. The extender is virtually useless. Forcing the lubricant all that way? Impossible. I ended up taking the nozzle off the bottle. Since the application occurs under the belt, you also can't see how much you're applying. I'd sell this with something like an Elmer Glue bottle, but transparent, with measuring lines on the side to see how much you've dispensed.
