You definitely need a second person to install this film
I did this on my own and I had lots of trouble getting the film on and getting the bubbles off and after it’s been on for a few days now it’s starting to release at the corners so I’m not really sure if this is gonna work for me

Great for privacy
Used this on our back window as our neighbors can see directly into our house. Installation was difficult to figure out but ended up getting the hang of it after a while. Only issue is that at night time when our lights are on, you can see in very clearly. Only works in the day time unfortunately.

Great Value Option Compared to Big Box Store
Florida is always hot in the summer (duh) and it's even hotter when you have a south-facing dinning room with windows that seem to greenhouse effect about 10 to 15 (F) degrees hotter. Anyway, this product is over 50% less expensive than big box store brands. I can't say if it's better quality, but the results have been dramatic. My AC thermostat reads 8 degrees (F) lower than previous and the dining area is much more tolerable now....we used to avoid eating lunch in the dining area because it too bright and hot--not anymore with this sun-blocking window film.I've never done this type of install before and it wasn't too bad. I'd recommend a really, really, REALLY good utility knife/craft knife, or something super sharp that will smoothly and easily cut the film when doing the trimming portion, otherwise you will do what I did and have rough edges. My tint job won't pass the straightness or pretty-looking test, but the film is on the windows and it's functional, so it's good enough. The room during the day is significantly darker--I'm okay with that--and from the outside you can't see inside (my wife and I checked several times, at different periods of the day and night). I'm hoping this tint job will help with the electric bill. We'll see, but our thermostat shows a pretty big change.

Easy to install
Easier than I thought!! Kept so much heat out. I was honestly shocked the temp difference it made. Great for privacy as well during the day. Not so much at night.

Blocks the heat/light very well but…
My dad bought this for the patio he built and here in the South, it was really hot in there. So it did make a difference with reducing the heat but it was a pain to make sure the film was even and smooth and making sure it was cut perfectly. He doesn’t regret using it but you need to follow the instructions and have time/patience

Easy install + works well
The instructions seemed intimidating upon first reading, but I was able to find two travel spray bottles and that really helped with the process. The material is also not sticky so any mistakes you make can be fixed/moved. Was able to do three strips on a huge window in my living room in about an hour by myself, and having a mirror like effect from viewing on the outside is just what I wanted for privacy. I’m curious to see just how long this will last, especially in the colder months, but I don’t see why the process could not just be repeated, and the material reused.

Works great
The film was easy enough to install. The directions were easy enough to follow. I discovered that if I sprayed not only the window and film, before smoothing out, but also the top side of the film, the squeegee slid easier and left zero bubbles. It has worked wonders for keeping the heat out this summer.

Would be 5 stars if it wasn’t so hard to get perfect!
It does exactly what it’s supposed to do so 5 stars for that! BUT it is so hard to apply perfectly. I redid these so many times and still have bubbles and imperfections. I even bought a second roll trying to redo my first round imperfections and it never got easier. I did 2 doors with 4 windows and then 4 smaller windows around my side door. I’m definitely keeping these up because I don’t want strangers to see into my house during the day but I would be lying if I said the imperfections didn’t bother me. My application suggestions would be to measure your windows and do first cuts with the backing still on that way you don’t have a lot of excess your having to hold while your placing them and the backing still being on keeps unwanted dust and debris from making impressions. Then clean your windows at least 2 times once with a paper towel and once with a microfiber cloth to get any remaining dust or particles off. Spray your windows heavily with soapy water or windex while applying. Make sure you have a squeegee (a credit card will cause visible scratches trust me that was my first round) and make sure you have a sharp blade to cut off the excess. A kitchen knife will not make straight enough lines (first round again😅). Once you squeegee it all on I used a credit card to hold against the seem and took my box blade to cut off the excess. When your windows aren’t perfectly shaped or have excess silicone sticking out it’s difficult. If you have really bad OCD hire a professional window tint person and skip doing it yourself 😂

No cumple con la funcionalidad especificada
No proporciona privacidad en absoluto, había leído algunos comentarios que mencionaban eso pero decidí arriesgarme. Fue una mala decisión. La película permite ver perfectamente lo qué pasa del otro lado.
