Great product, just keep in mind that you need enough air volume when using it, overall great.

A little expensive, but worth the extra money in my book
Build quality is exceptional - and I am a mechanical engineer who designs stuff like this for a living. Very good ergonomics. The button to lock out the spindle for tool changes is much, much more handy than I was expecting it to be. No more fumbling with two wrenches (both of them non standard) and busting your knuckles together when it breaks free. Comes with a (somewhat strange) rubber "sock" and mounting hardware to direct exhaust air away from what you are working on.Have only used this tool a few times so far, but loving it to date.My only minor complaint: no instructions were included that even explained what the rubber sock thing was for - or how to attach it with the somewhat puzzling hardware. It's a simple tool, so a 40 page booklet would be a waste... but how about one piece of paper that explains this attachment and how to install it?

Air Hungry Yet Fantastic.
This this is real comfortable, and doesn't cause a lot of fatigue in my hand while using it for a prolonged amount of time. The locking button makes it real convenient to switch attachments. It also comes with a rubber sleeve to direct the exhaust away from you if need be. The bigger the air compressor the better. I run a 50 gallon dual piston compressor, and it doesn't take long to run it down. However, even with PSI below the recommended 90, and using high flo fittings on the grinder, it will have a great amount of RPM until the compressor is about 50 PSI.

IR's Max series is worth the extra money!
I needed both a straight grinder and an angle grinder, so I first ordered IR's Edge series, which are a fraction of the price of the Max series. Big mistake. The straight model had a trigger that was unusable. The safety latch was hard to manipulate, and the plunger was very sticky. The collet on the angle model was very difficult to get loose after only moderate tightening. In fact after the second try the smaller of the included wrenches bent. I returned both and ordered a 5102 angle grinder and a 5108 straight-shaft model. They are wonderful. The triggers are smooth and the safety latches easy to use. The shaft brake on the 5102 makes tool changes easy. I wish they could figure out a way to put that feature on the straight-shaft model. I used both of them all day yesterday blending machined aircraft parts at work, and these fine tools almost made the job fun.

Easy to change tools.
I like the lock pin that makes it very easy to change tools. Lots of power. Very solid. Great grinder.

The best of the best
I have been using Ingersoll Rand die grinders for many years. After wearing out 8 cheap die grinders over the past 20 years, my original Ingersoll Rand angle die grinder is still working perfectly! No maintenance at all except lubrication. Truth be told, this is my go-to tool when cutting or polishing/de-burring. My original tool has seen 3 times the use that wore out 8 other tools. I recently purchases another house and I got this tool to go in my toolbox. I can't be without this die grinder. You know you want it. Click the "Add to Cart" . The only thing you have to decide is whether you are willing to spend the rest of your life with this tool. It WILL outlive you.

Great die grinder with lots of power
This angle grinder has tons of power. The only thing it’s not great at is being able to press the trigger to turn slowly. When you squeeze the trigger it immediately goes to a higher rpm than other angle grinders. But the great thing is that it’s got a lot of torque even when you push down and load it up, it will keep spinning.

Acabado pobre
The media could not be loaded.

Nice tools.
These plastic covered handle IR air tools are a step up from the regular, metal bodied ones. They're much comfier, and don't get nearly as cold. Keep it greased and oiled.
