great for lightening foundation
great for lightening foundation, if you want a pure white face I'll give you some tips. this product alone won't do it. You need to layer it on, but not cake it. First get off some peach fuzz off your face, you can use a tinkle razor or whatever razor you want. You can skip this step if you don't like shaving your face, I just personally think looks better since white makeup is super obvious to flaws, so the smoother the surface, the better.Next exfoliate, get off an dry and dead skin off your face and use primer. Next get a white face paint, like mehron or kryolan (it cost like $8), and get a nice base going carry it down the next and cover your ears. If you have long hair put it in a pony tail. Once you have a nice base, it's not going to look perfect. get a tiny bit of this foundation and use a beauty sponge or brush and blend (lightly tap) your face with it, and slowly layer it till it's cover. Don't get impatient and apply too much at once and make sure everything is dry with each coat. So you're not just caking you face in it, if you do it right you'll have a nice even tone without wasting a ton of product. Finally seal it, if you have a white foundation powder I'd recommend using that to help seal and get more coverage. Like the foundation don't use too much and lightly blend it in. Then use a setting spray, I prefer nyx matte setting spray. Now I don't really use white foundation to go out, I occasionally use this method to get a nice even tone of any shade and I do see people thinking of purchasing it to get that pure white slate. This product alone won't do it, but it can help you get it with other products. Like building it up on a mehron paint, mehron tends to be a bit tacky and sticky so it'll help get it to stick the the skin and help you save product.I'd recommend it be in everyone's beauty bag as well as a few bronzers your skin tone, Neutral, Warm, Or Cool. This way you can use this and the bronzer, to make the perfect highlight and contour foundation that matches your skin tone. You can also you a foundation within you skin tone a few shades darker instead of bronzer. Very versatile product whether you need it to help you get that white face paint or just as a foundation lightener.

Great for cutting in with darker foundations
I bought this at the suggestion of a few beauty bloggers that I had checked out because I have super, super pale skin and no type of foundation really works for me. The bloggers all used Manic Panic Virgin Dreamtone Gothic Foundation in Vampire White mixed in with their current foundation to create a new, more correctly colored foundation. Since I have had no luck trying to find a foundation that works for me, I decided to try it... AND IT WORKED. It worked perfectly. I could not be happier. For the first time in a long time I don't have to do an insane amount of blending all the way down to my shirt so that I don't look two-toned.My current foundation is L'oreal True Match in C1 (alabaster). It's the closest I can get to my skin's undertones, but it is still a shade or two too dark for me. I mixed one pump of the Vampire White in with one drop of the True Match with a beauty blender, and it worked perfectly on my face. The picture attached is my face with just the blended foundation- no powder or concealers were used yet.In conclusion, this is a fantastic option for really pale people to get a darker shade of foundation to work for them. You won't be disappointed if you try this beauty hack.

Thick consistency
It is more of a liquid cover up and it lightens my skin tone but does not make it look unnaturally white, being i have porcelain skin, it is thick but spreads fairly easily its a grease like base, even application with a sponge, should you want a more all white application put it on on more than one spot for a more natural look spread from your neck up in small amounts until we'll blended , you may want to use a setting powder as it does come off easily the more oily your skin type is.

not a good consistency or color payoff
my skin is very very fair and it's hard for me to find a foundation with good, smooth coverage that's also pale enough to match my face. Every foundation I've tried, from drug store to department store, has been too dark and too yellow for my pale pink skin. I've got an arsenal on my vanity of half-used foundations that are too dark for me to wear. I hoped that adding some manic panic dreamtone to my various foundations make make them wearable for me. I really like the idea of this product, but I feel like the quality doesn't follow through. The consistency of it is very runny, and it doesn't mix well at all with my more expensive and plusher foundations. It mixed okay with maybelline fitMe foundation, but the texture of it was too weird and watery for me to get the coverage that I wanted. On its own, or even applied over a layer of foundation, the result is too streaky and under-pigmented for it to be terribly effective. It needs to be more concentrated, because it takes multiple pumps to get the shade that I want out of a teeny amount of my foundation. The chalkiness and uneven look of this foundation makes it pretty much only appropriate for looking like someone on their deathbed, which is a cool look for some, just not me. I thought this foundation felt cheap and ineffective and I won't be purchasing again.

Great stuff
Pros: I mix this with my makeup because I am a porcelain lady and can’t ever find shades light enough to match me in stores (that don’t oxidize and subsequently darken afterwards) and it works like a charm. It’s got good coverage, it’s easy to use and it mixes well with my foundation.Cons: it’s very thick and if you use too much or don’t mix it well enough, you will paint yourself white as toilet paper and there’s not a dang thing you can do about it other than attempt to cover your mistakes with more foundation or start all over. It also dries out pretty quickly, with a bottle only lasting me about 6-9 months before it dries up (and I only used about half of the bottle).Overall I love the product and I’ve repurchased it several times, it just takes awhile to get used to using!
