Papanicholas CoffeeGround Coffee, Family Reserve Kona Baru Blend, 12 Ounce

Tried this coffee in a restaurant. I loved it. It tastes so good and the aroma of the coffee smelled delicious. It was very fresh and very smooth going down. Not too strong.

I’m not going to describe this coffee as good or bad. It’s coffee… I really like the flavor of this coffee, I enjoy it in the mornings, even the aroma, as it is brewing I find more pleasing than other coffees. When the coffee maker starts, it also starts me wanting me to taste that first cup as I inhale those first scents. I REALY LIKE this coffee.

It is OK if you like a bolder stronger coffee - gets a little bitter with larger batches but ok for me

A very nice KONA blend coffee. You will actually taste the KONA flavor. Easy on the stomach.Has that Hawaiian coffee flavor. Will be buying more. This will not disappoint.

This is my second purchase. I have tried many different decaf hazelnuts and this is my far the best tasting. I drink decaf when I’m pregnant and I love this blend :)

I have been doing intermittent fasting and had to find a coffee that was not acidic but still had flavor without being sweetened. The Kona Baru Blend was ordered along with several other brands in my search to find something I could actually enjoy in the morning after years of drinking my coffee with French vanilla creamer in it. After a month of searching with some coffees only being used once due to acidity or just bitter flavor Kona Baru Blend is the hands down winner. I will say it is a bit pricy for only 12oz but I guess you get what you pay for. I have already ordered more and will continue ordering it while on this diet.

The good: it is decaffeinated, and is definitely a light roastThe bad: no hazelnut flavoring detected (and we drink mostly hazelnut flavored coffee in our house), no sweet crème detected flavor-wise, label says “notes of caramelized nuts” but no notes detected,To be fair, the coffee is good coffee, but not what we expected flavor-wise. The aroma from the empty cup is a pleasant caramel aroma and that’s about it. I think we made a mistake purchasing a light roast and that may explain the lack of a good flavor coming through for us. We followed directions measuring 6 oz. Of water and 2 Tbs/cup. If Amazon carried PappaNicholas cinnamon hazelnut decaf coffee we would have preferred that.

Very smoooooth. No acidy taste. My son smelled the hazelnut when he walked in the door~ I highly recommend!
