Severly dissapointing
Disappointingly cheap, its simply a cheap old pc fan in a box, one of the really old pcs fans that rattle and are noisy.the plastic shell is extremely poor quality and all of the electronics inside are exposed meaning the water you are supposed to fill it with to cool will short its switches out.it is also incredibly small with very little space for air to be blown out.this would probably cost you about 3 quid to manufacture making the price tag a bit ridiculous for what it is.after one day its ability to select speed functions stopped working. only turning on to the lowest speed and pressing the button to increase speed simply turns it off.today it stopped working completely. I've done nothing with it aside put it on my desk and turn it on in an attempt to cool the room.it also has no colling components. the water you fill it with just sits at the bottom serving no purpose at all..furthermore the claimed remote control features are non-existant.to summarize:it is not leak proof, it leaks and tilting it even slightly will short the circuit board out. 20 mins max operation before the water has completly drained.it has no refrigeration features despite its claimsmultiple wind modes is a joke. since it only uses the lowest setting no matter how much you press the button to increase it.does not come with usb cable (just a battery)complete rip-off.

Too small
It certainly is mini. It works but it is just too small to be effective. You would probably want 3 on your desk running at once to be cool on a very hot day.

Negligible effect on cooling, just buy a fan instead.
The switch is faulty/difficult to use initially.I had to disconnect and reconnect the cable to get it to work although that seemed to improve once the battery charged.Mold has started to appear on the filter after 24 hours of usage, so I will be throwing this away soon.Far too low quality a product to be sold on amazon.

It’s Ok, but not great.
1. Water leaks out of the front louvres while filling up via the ‘funnel’ as instructed, also water went into the battery compartment. Best to remove the funnel/fins and fill the base tank directly over a sink using some sort of easy pourer then wet the funnel/fins to get it started. Starts well with noticeable cold air but on high speed after a while only mildly cooler air. A bit tricky getting the top open. Bought for bedroom but not sure if it can compete with the heat given off from the back of my bedroom tv. I took the funnel fins assembly apart and put back together to try and get the fins to not stick to each other to try and increase the surface area - it’s a bit better...

Easy to use.
Easy to use and good to take outside with the battery back up.

Really Disapointed
When I bought this I knew it wasn't going to be great quality but it was less than that! It leaks when filling, the directional slats on the front keep falling down, and its very noisy! The paper filter cannot be washed as I used it once to test but then went on holiday, when I came home the filters were almost all black with mildew. I tried washing as it stated it could and they just ripped like a paper towel would.Don't buy! I desk fan from the pound shop is quieter, cheaper and better!
