The capsules are big to swallow but you could easily break them apart and add the powder to a drink if you wish. There is no flavour to them and it’s so much better to be able to take one a day rather than 3 or 4 in a day!

The capsules are definitely bigger than usual, but not impossible to swallow. Smells a bit like apple cider vinegar, but no taste. Overall, good.

I've been taking these, alongside various other supplements, for infertility/our IVF cycles over the last few months. They still haven't helped so who knows if they work or not. There's some research to say they help, at this point it's a last chance/we've got nothing to loose kind of scenario. I've tried various brands of Myo inositol, these are the most enormous capsules I've ever seen in any vitamin or supplement ever! If you struggle with taking tablets then you'll definitely struggle with these.

These are completely tasteless and odourless, packaged well, and no tricks - there is 1g per capsule. Tabs are on the larger side but they’re made of a non sticky material that makes it a breeze honestly!
