Huge dictionary and excellent tool for learners. Lot of examples on usage.

Being a dictionary, this is for nothing more than reference. Despite the size, it does have quite a few entries. This dictionary tends to give meanings in long sentences unlike Percival's which provides equivalent Tamil words and synonyms. Those looking for meanings, go for the Oxford dictionary but those needing word equivalents, go for Percival's. As far as how quickly it arrived and whether the book was as described, I say yes to both.
