Great price for organic oats. Nice consistency for worm substrate although it's great for human consumption for it's fiber and health benefits as well.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I needed a quality high fiber product to enjoy eating or adding to shakes that tasted good and provided me with the correct natural fiberI am not able to handle psyllium and other fibers that had artificial sweeteners I was eating oatmeal daily and still had a problem with my bowels. After a lot of research I learned that oat bran had a lot more fiber soluble and insoluble fiber which my body desperately needed
