I bought this tape for my daughter and she loved it. The color pops out and is so bright. This tape really helped with her wrist and shoulder pain. It is very sticky and can handle sweat. Very functional and lasts a while. This is one of the best physicle therapy tapes I have bought. I would 100% recommend it to all athletes. Love this tape. I do feel like it actually works/helps. Quality item, and the precut strips are the most convenient to use. Can use for multiple different injuries/parts of body. Best to keep some on hand for when you need it!Also worth noting, I am sensitive to things and the adhesive has never bothered me :)

Amazon had this KT tape for a great price. It works very well to relieve tendonitis in my foot, providing support to relieve the stress. I have used this for years and highly recommend it. I really appreciate that one application can stay adhered for days, even with daily showers (I have to trim the tape end, as the water makes this lose adhesion).

I started suffering from plantar fasciitis and came across a listing for synthetic KT tape through an email. I'd never seen this before and couldn't quite stomach the price on the synthetic tape when I had no idea if it would offer me any relief. I found the cotton tape here on Amazon with prime shipping so I took a chance and ordered it. Oh my, best decision of the month! I watched a bunch of YouTube videos for application tips and taped up my foot, not expecting much. It did help right away but where I really noticed was my first few steps after getting out of bed after waking. I could walk without feeling the awful pain I had been experiencing each morning. It was wonderful!I'm able to wear the tape for 3-4 days if I'm careful with my application. Clean, dry skin! The cotton tape doesn't like to stick to itself nearly as well as the skin so I have to pay special care to where my ends start and stop to prevent it from peeling back. I always try to remember to put a sock on that foot at bedtime to prevent the sheets from rolling the tape back as I climb into bed and move around. Showering is usually not an issue for releasing the tape unless I'm on my last day wearing it. I usually pull it off carefully in the shower if I'm planning on changing it out that day. I have not tried it swimming but I've walked in muddy areas barefoot and it was ok. I haven't had any issues with skin tearing at all like some people have reported. It isn't like pulling a bandaid off quickly, yikes, please don't do that!I just recently went hiking in the mountains on some pretty intense terrain that last year left me hobbling out with Achilles tendonitis and serious issues walking for weeks. This year, with my tape and lots of massaging and stretching I was able to handle our long days of hiking without ANY adverse effects. Sure, my feet were sore, but the tape saved my butt (well, actually my foot). The proof was walking the next day without any additional pain.I've tried another brand for comparison but still prefer the KT tape. The precut strips are perfect for me-I can just rip off a few strips and bring them with me when traveling and don't have to worry about cutting sections off a roll as I have to do with the other brand I've tried. When I run out I will be trying the synthetic KT tape next. I know I won't regret it.

I have been through countless brands of KT tape and nothing has compared to the price and durability of this tape. It is the thickest tape that I have found, and it has provided the best support. My local grocery store sells a very similar brand for an extra $10 and stays on for about 3-4 days. This brand of tape stays on my knees for about 2-3 days. That being said, I work long hours and I am very active, so the adhesive on the tape likely wears off quicker due to my activities. If you are not as active or spend time in cooler settings, I would expect that the tape may last longer for you. A small pamphlet is also provided to assist with ideal tape placement, which is what helped me discover a much better-suited placement for my needs. I highly recommend
