The are the best smart locks on the market. Very well made. The finish is durable. The setul is easy. Works great. Geo fencing is great.

Great option for Yale/Google lock
So the lock was easy to install. I couldn't figure out how to connect the lock to wifi.Once figured out..it works well with location locks and unlocks.

It’s amazing
The bolt lock was larger than my original bolt so I had to widen that on my door but other than that it was an easy install. And it works great. I love the auto lock feature.

Absolutely Horrible Support
5 months.10 + hours of wasted time.5 customer service/tech support ppl.1 rude, nasty, mansplaining manager.The door lock works fine and connected easily via Bluetooth. The connect piece for Wi-Fi & remote locking capability that was included included was faulty. It would not connect to the door module.For over 5 months I tried at various times to call in and and have the company send a new piece. Every call I spent over an hour (up to 3 hours the last day) doing the same exact troubleshooting steps... Because there would be no record of me already doing it.This week I finally had a chunk of time to really get to the bottom of the issue. I was told by tech support, during that 3 hour marathon, that my 5 different devices (Galxy Notes 9, 10 Ultra, 20 Ultra, Z Fold, and ultimately my IPad pro....) were incompatible to their app software. (I was made to take the same steps to hook up the device in the app over 20 times on one call... The rep kept repeating "I don't see what the problem is, why it won't connect." on her end).I was told that it was my internet connection (2 & 5G). The manager I was able to get on the phone - who told me that 10 + hours of troubleshooting is perfectly normal - FINALLY, GRUDGINGLY agreed to send me a new connect piece. But only after telling me that when I got it & it still didn't work, I'd have to admit that it was my 5 devices & or my Wi-Fi that was the issue. (His behavior was also deplorable. Talking over me repeatedly, telling me that, "If I let him finish speaking maybe I would understand him..." Oh, yeah. He was a winner, for sure.)I had the new piece out of the box, hooked up, working perfectly, within 3 minutes of receiving it.Moral here? Good lock, easy to put in. However, I really feel for anyone who might have an issue and need help with their products. Be prepared to have them blame you, make you jump through the same hoops a ridiculous amount of times, and act like you are the problem.

Mixed Bag.
These are pretty good quality. But the WiFi extender connected to my WiFi for 30 minutes and then hasn't wanted to since. There's virtually no support or troubleshooting steps for trying to get them to reconnect. At least not anything useful. I have mixed emotions about them. They could be better.

Caution if installing on a 1 3/8" door
Amazon description says the kit fits doors 1 3/8" to 2 1/4" thick.Install instructions enclosed with kit (Check Your Door Guide) says that for doors thinner than 1 3/4" thick, you need to order thin door gaskets.The tech support # were no help, but when called Yale HQ customer service, I was told that it should fit a standard USA 1 3/8" thick door without the gasket. He suggested I give it a try before ordering the thin door gasket. He was right > works fine !
