I really wanted to love this.... and I did. It did a good quick job of cutting and shredding, however having washed all the bits and pieces I realised that the dicing fitments were full of water. You could hear it sloshing around without a way to drain it out. I really didn’t like the thought of stagnant water which will be a potential health hazard in these fittings so had no alternative but to pack up and return for refund. My search for the perfect slicer and dicer continues!

I absolutely love this. I used to spend an hour finely dicing my carrots, onion, and celery, to make ragu, but this did it in minutes. It seems razor sharp, and was easy to use. I found that it was a struggle if the chunks were too thick, so I sliced the wedges not too thick, and then put them in the press. It made quick and easy work of everything.Cleaning was a bit of a pain to get the onion off of the grid of blades, but they do give you a tool to help with this. Totally worth the minutes it takes to properly clean compared to the hour it took before I got this.I definitely recommend!

Absolutely love my vegetable cutter, the time it saves cutting up onions, peppers, tomatoes etc is amazing. Really easy to use from opening the box, the add attachedment are easy to use and the box where all get collect is a good size. Very easy to clean. Would recommend to anyone!

must have for the kitchen makes processing food so easy and can cook for many in so little time making stews and desserts with all the grated and chopped goodness from this grater makes it so much easier in the kitchen aslo love how stuurdy the plastic is

UPDATE on the vendor/manufacturer's customer service (5 stars):Following my below review, the vendor was kind enough to get in touch and offered by an entire refund or a new one as a replacement. I opted for the refund as I don't need two of them which don't work. So 5 stars for the courtesy customer services offered by the manufacturer.Product review 3 stars!:Have tried dicing onions and tomatoes using the smallest size blade.The lid which is used to press the onion/tomato over the blade isn't too strong. When using it feels like it may break. Whilst the onions got diced, it wasn't easy to clean the blade as the onion bits were stuck in it and in the presser which pushes the onion onto the blade.Dicing tomato was a nightmare and it created a mess for me. The press on the top split open the tomato before it could go through the blade which splashed the entire juice over the kitchen worktop (and my shirt!). Also the bits get stuck within the blade and the presser which are nearly impossible to get rid off even under the tap. I had to use a knife to pull the bits out.Overall not overly impressed. I may use it for dicing onions but definitely not for tomatoes.

I'd seen this type of chopper recommended across the internet, and took the plunge.Upsides:I LOVE the way it cuts veggies (onions, peppers, cabbage, cucumber....) in the grid structure, and the blades are easy to change. Definitely saves time there. But.....Downsides:The mandolin part is not worth the money - just not strong enough. And the spiralizer is also bad - worth investing a separate one if you want one. It's a faff to clean too. The other major bugbear is that it comes with SO many attachments that storage is a nightmare. I know they say that you can store it in the box, but not when you're using it. So to use, you have to tip out 15 other pieces or store them somewhere else. And some of the blades are really sharp. It needs a better solution for storage. Unclear whether it's dishwasher safe, but we've been using top rack for the time being.

I have recently purchased this item and within moments of unwrapping everything and attempting to assemble the slicer, it was tough to slide in and my hand slipped off and I sliced a chuck out of my thumb and ended up in Accident and Emergency. I love these devices but the design needs a major overhaul. I have used previous makes and their design does not mean inserting a extremely sharp item by sliding it into place. I think the manufacturers need to re think certain parts.

I cook a fresh healthy meal every day so vegetable chopping takes up a lot of my time but not any more! I only had this product for a few days and it’s amazing as a busy working mum every saved minute counts. The accessories allow me to have different sizes.
