good product, big head and also chimney can take 3 or 4 coals without burning

Great product and does exactly what it says.

Avoid this product at all costs. It smells after 15 minutes of use. The rubber is not heat resistant of course as you can constantly smell the burned plastic. I used the provided head tray and this happened. Should be worse if you use foils. The funny thing is when I tried to return the product, seller declined and said the burning is because I'm putting charcoal directly on the silicone bowl. LOL

Isn’t good quality and when was used have a bad smell like a Silicone burned.

The package came on time and consisted of all the parts. It didn't fit my shisha first cos my top end had an additional part which didn't support the base of the holder. However, when I removed the tray and added a silicon bush, it fitted correctly (not the ideal approach). The shisha stayed for more than an hour with good smoke. There was no taste or smell of silicon or rubber from the tobacco holder. The heating management system is pretty decent. I would encourage buyers to check your shisha top end before buying this product.
