It's useable but not the best
The straps broke the first use. We needed it in a hurry because our dog was hit by a car and had to have a leg amputated but had to wait a week for surgery so we had to transport him back and forth., So it was very nice that it arrived super fast. The mesh would be better for smaller dogs, you can not strap the dog in without laying the mesh over the dog which didn't really fit over my 90 pound Texas blue lacey. The wheels are soooo amazing tho and made it easy to get in and out of the car, however I did almost send it back because it's near impossible to figure out how to put together and comes with no instructions! I rescue alot and would not recommend for someone who will be needing one often, this is more for emergency one to two times of use

Great product, well made, needs instructions.
I haven’t used it and hope to never use it. A vet we went to had something similar and we wanted one in case of emergency. This stretcher is made of high quality materials and the webbing with all the different Velcro attachment points appears to be well thought out and should secure my dog if we ever need to. The stretcher the vet had didn’t have wheels and that was a strong selling point, it could almost be used by one person. Only drawback was the lack of instructions for putting it together. It’s not rocket science, but I did find myself looking at the little picture on the Amazon page to be sure it was put together right.

Not safe or secure if you need them strapped in
For $100 this is just not what it should be. The straps are very very unsecured so beware. It just doesnt make sense the functions. It looks like you can strap them in from on top of mesh but you cannot its sewn on all the way. Under mesh is very huge to tighten it only goes so far. And leave the pet unsecured and under the mesh my baby was so scared we just kept folding it down and telling him it's ok not to be scared. If we didnt immediately need this. I definitely would have returned I still want to return because it's just not worth the money when you have an injured animal and need them to be strapped in. Huge huge problem is the buckling and straps being way to big. It just defeats the whole purpose of being able to wheel them because they slide to the bottom of the stretcher cant stress enough it's very unsecured. I may try and contact amazon or seller to see what they can do. Straps do not hug body. And there is no other option as the other option says up to 20lbs I should have just tried that one

Sturdy
Item was good, but too small for large dogs.

Takes patience.
Was not easy to put together matter of fact we gave up and it’s still not together. We were in a hurry and needed it right then. That could have been part of the problem.

Would not purchase again
The frame does not have holes to attach the pull strap. One end has pre drilled holes for the wheels but the opposite end does not have a way to attach the strap. Making the whole thing useless.
