Great, but a bit heavy.
This water heater is great. It weighs quite a bit. I had to install this over a customer's doorway on the side of their house. It was about 8 feet up, so you needed 2 people. It was a straight forward install. This picture I enclosed shows the cover at the bottom of the pipe cover. This was a replacement of an older, different brand, one that was not maintained, so I put it back in its original location.

Very, very happy with this tankless WH.
This tankless gas unit works wonderfully. I have run 3 showers at the same time for over 20 minutes and the unit never missed a beat. It stayed equally hot on all showers. No fluctuations and just is a workhorse of a unit. I have installed over 400+ units now and as long as you do your homework and know the water flow rate the overall temperature of your water year round you will have zero problems out of these units. A standard tanked WHr is usually 60,000 btu but these use 199,000 btu for so you definitely need a larger diameter gas line to get the proper flow. I recommend highly that if you buy one of these outside units that you make a wooden box to put around the pipes coming in and put in insulation and heat tape. The unit itself will never freeze because it has a computer in it that heats it to keep it from freezing internally. I am very pleased with the performance of this unit. Not at all a fan of AO Smith brands but noritz and others work very well. These units also use a pizio ignitor to not have to use a pilot.

Great heater at a great value
We're replacing our old 15 year old tankless heater before it dies. This unit showed up very quickly. Straight forward install. Very pleased with the operation so far. Heads up to future purchasers: the listing pics are accurate, as this unit doesn't come with a cover (skirt) for the base. If your climate is subject to extreme cold, invest the extra $140 and order the separate cover kit. Nobody likes frozen water pipes and the cover will keep the wind off of the gas and water connections.

Poor quality plastice valves
Water control valve an water bypass valve are made of cheap plastic, they break when the outside temperature drops below 32F. Rheem does not cover warranty if the electricity was off when the temperature drops. Not a viable product for cooler areas when it freezes. Internal parts freeze, water leaks inside house causes big damages, since there is no leak protection for tankless outdoor unit.

Works as expected
I dislike that maximum temperature available is 120 degrees. Not as hot as regular water heater. Pressure is less also.
