Q: Where are these blades made?

Thanks for the question. Our blades are made in China, and adhere to the same high quality standards of all of our products.

Q: I pretty sure this is a foolish question but is there any reason that this blade cannot be used on a non-sawstop -(very proprietary) saw?

It will work on any 10' saw with a 5/8" arbor. It is a great blade. I have a saw stop and this is the blade that came with it. I have used it for a year now and think the quality and price are the best on the market. You won't be disappointed.

Q: How does this blade compare to a woodwoker ii from forrest mfg., aside from price?

I own both blades and I prefer the Woodworker II. This is a much better blade than the original sawstop blade that comes with the saw however.

Q: Is the kerf really .125 (1/8") or is it .118" (3 mm)?

It is a full kerf blade (1/8") and is actually a very good blade. If you have the 1.75 hp saw you may prefer the thin kerf.
