Attach to bumper of RV
We bought this to attach to the bumper of our Class C RV. Works good. We chose to add a piece of PVC pipe between the two square metal poles to give it a bit more strength for heavier items. Easy to put on, easy to put the poles on and off once you get to and leave your campsite.

Great, useful product
I bought this product before (about 20 or so years ago) and found it very useful while we were living and traveling in an RV. I was happy to find it still available. It is easy to take the clothes line and poles off the bumper mount for travel.

Simple solution that works.....
Great solution for anyone with a camper. Takes up very little room when put away as compared to other folding stand alone types. You simply slide the 2 aluminum posts off their bracket and roll them up together. Looks nicer than stringing a rope across your campsite with all your clothes hanging out for all to see. I was able to drill one more hole below the ones provided and run the string/rope through for yet another level to hang more clothes on. The only con I can see right now is the clothes line provided is more of a cotton type rope which tends to frey a little and absorb moisture. Long term I suspect this will need to be replaced with either actual clothes line or something that's more of a nylon type....other than that it bolted right on and worked great. I also have a tire and swing out grill attached to the rear of my TT.

These are great for RV camping.
The campground we go to doesn't allow clothes lines connected to anything onsite such as trees etc. They also don't allow them posted in the ground. So, this little thing fits the bill perfectly. We're able to dry our bathing suits, towels etc on the back of our travel trailer. You need some basic installation skills for the initial install. If you don't have those pay that guy that'll do any handyman work for $20 to put it on for you. You know the one I'm talking about we all know a guy. After the initial install its easy to assemble and disassemble the device for travel and camping. Just remember to pull all the slack out that you can so you don't have drooping lines.

Works well
We have a left ladder and center mounted spare tire and placed the left support bracket inside the ladder. The right bracket near the right bumper edge. The brackets are sturdy and stay in place while we travel. Set up, the aluminum rods are at an angle to not be near the spare tire. The install was mostly easy - plenty of rope was supplied and cut it to the appropriate lengths. The struggle was pushing/pulling the frayed rope ends through the holes in the rods. A straightened big paper clip helped out. Located on the back bumper and using back-in locations - the drying clothes are mostly hidden (helpful in case of any campground rules)

Great RV Clothes Line
We mounted this on the bumper of our travel trailer. It is very easy to install after you get to your campsite. The mounts that hold it in place on the bumper is easy to mount and then the poles just slip in and out of the mounts. Every trip we go out people always comment on it and inquire where we purchased it. Quality is good and we have used it 3 years and it still works great.

Live saver in a smaller camper!
We bought a smaller travel trailer for our family of 4 in March. We love it but as we planned a trip for a place with pools, I knew we needed a solution for our swimsuits and towels. I’m so glad I purchased this for our trip. It held everything we needed it and it was super quick to set up. I’ve already told several others about this item. I forgot clothespins to make sure nothing came off in the wind (we had some storms) but other than that it worked like a dream. I didn’t have to worry if it would blow over in the wind! It was so easy to take down and put back up at our second stop. I can’t imagine using another clothesline/drying rack with our camper.

Not great for heavy wet towels
Had high hopes for this as a way to dry towels after swimming. The cord lines sag with heavy items hung on them. Pulling them taunt eventually pulls on the poles and I'm concerned they may bend. It is easy to set up and fine for lighter clothing or dish towels. It packs away easily and is very lightweight. Overall, we'll continue to use it but do wish it were more rigid.
