I have a rescue miniature poodle who takes seizures, house breaking was not his plan. God love him, he did try. However in this process of house training, he has lifted his leg on everything. Now, he wears diapers, and at times soaks through those as well. He lays on the couch, and on the back of the couch to watch out the window, and when his diaper is soaked through, it gets on the couch. He has lifted his leg on my couch too. There are times this his urine smells almost Skunky, this product....WOW This was bought as a last resort, can't take buying another crappy product that doesn't do what it says. OUTSTANDING is all I can say!! There is NOT A SMELL in my home or on my couch now!! Thank you to who makes this product! I do have it on Auto delivery, and am sharing it with family. You will not be disappointed in this product!!

This product is the best product that I have tried so far for cat pee odor. I have a young cat who is mostly blind, and out of nowhere, she started to pee on one landing on my steps. No matter what I did, she kept going back to that one step. She only stopped actually going there when I took a piece of carpet, and flipped it upside down, so It wasn't as soft of a spot for her to go. Anyway. Once we got her straightened out and she started using the litter box again, I couldn't get over the smell. The steps area is kind of closed, and everytime I would go up or down, I still smelled it. No one else did, which is nice for others, but I did! I tried every common in-store product on the market, a few that were recommended online, and even the typical baking soda mix. They all covered up the smell until they didn't anymore. I was at my wits end and then saw this product. It had very few, but decent reviews, so I decided to give it a shot and I'm so glad I did! With minimal effort the smell is gone!! All I did was spray it on my carpet and leave it sit to dry. By the next day I realized I didn't smell it anymore. I was ecstatic! I didn't really use this product for stains, so I can't speak to that part of it. But for odor removal I give it a 10/10!

The product works. The bottle sucks. I almost dropped the bottle on multiple occasions. It is too smooth and tapered to grip tightly. Change the bottle to get a better rating.

This product is fantastic. I have a puppy and when she petals on the floor this product takes care of any remaining odor. This is my second bottle purchased. I will definitely get a third if I need it.

We just got a puppy a few months ago and I've already repurchased this 3 times! It gets the job done and leaves behind a nice (not overwhelming) scent. 10/10 recommend.

It doesn't do a great job if there is a stain, but it certainly does a good job cleaning the surface and eliminating odors.

I haveused enzyme cleaners for nearly 30 years to treat urine, poop, vomit and just good old dirt stains on carpets, bedding and clothing. (4 kids and countless pets) Thanks to Covid-19, my favorite cleaner was unavailable for an extended time. I ordered this to try to replace it. Very unhappy. The product doesn't put a dent in the urine odor whether it is fresh or old. And the fragrance is so strong it hurts my nose. I am going to need to buy another cleaner to get rid of the smell this one produces. I can't even finish the bottle. Fortunately my favorite cleaner is back to being available. It costs a lot less as well. Wish I could get my money back, but of course, the return window has closed :-( UPDATE: Amazon was able to refund my purchase price when I explained that I had been out of town helping family and unable to try the product in a more timely fashion. Much appreciation for that.

Most important thing, this seems to get rid of the cat pee. I sniffed the spot that my cat peed, and I can't smell it anymore. But what's so great about it for me is that it doesn't smell so fragrant like the others I've tried. I've gone through a lot of cleaners recently, as my cat was dying and couldn't hold her bladder. The others smelled almost worse than the cat pee itself (except at least the smell of cleaner goes away after a few days, while the cat pee smell does not). This one has a smell, but its much more pleasant, not as strong, and doesn't give me a headache!
