I really like these biscuits. Very thin and full of flavour.

Lovely Deliciousness
This is one of my favourite that is extremely versatile e.g. nice with a cup of coffee, great when served with an ice-cream, etc. What I enjoy the most about them is their caramelised unique taste and crunchy texture.However they do get soft when left out so I keep them in an airtight container.
