Okay, so at first I thought nighttime vitamins? I'm up for the challenge! I am 49 years of age and would like to rejuvenate my tired self. What better way to do that than when I'm asleep, because at the end of the day, I'm as tired as anybody juggling with everything, mainly work and family. I'm relatively healthy and an occasional vitamin taker. I want to have more energy, more sleep, more hormones, etc. So after accidentally stumbling on Mary Ruth's products one faithful sleepless night online, I bought the products. They arrived so quickly. I took the nighttime formula first. After I sipped the rich, creamy, coconutty concoction, I felt an overwhelming peace. Like my body just said, "I got you babe." I was a little surprised by the well being I felt and thought I was just insanely tired. I didn't feel woozy after taking 2TBS of the nighttime formula, I just felt relaxed. I was very surprised that I slept all night! Mind you, I have a sporadic sleep pattern. I just have a hard time relaxing, and my mind doesn't stop thinking of the usual children worries and just life in general. Okay, also the smart phones and devices don't help either! That's what caught my eye...the cute brochure, but then my computer must have an algorithm that says, "this human likes cute labels and brochures...make them pop up as much as possible." Surely Amazon must let customers review more than once, so in hopes of that, I will respond at a later date with more good news. i honestly think this made me nauseous and i felt like i had a hole in my stomach. I contacted my Doctor and he called me in a prescription for acid stomach. The product has 6 different acids. It has magnesium citrate, zinc citrate,copper citrate , manganese citrate,calcium citrate, ascorbic acid . So if you have a sensitive stomach or digestion or you have a high acidic stomach or system, you’re going to have a problem and that’s what happened to me. It actually caused more acid in my stomach to where I was having pain and now they’re saying I can’t return it. I’m waiting to hear back from the company. I haven’t heard anything yet from Mary Ruth I always thought they were a reputable company and I shouldn’t have a problem. I actually threw up. I was nauseous to my stomach and having a pain like I was basically bedridden for almost 2 days and just really tired. I couldn’t eat anything. I just had some tea chamomile tea and a banana and alittle yogurt. I’m sorry that I didn’t read the ingredients prior to my purchase because I guarantee I wouldn’t have bought it and it was $40. I was actually going to send my son a bottle of it but now I’m not! I tried to drink some aloe that calmed my stomach down for a little bit. I don’t recommend it. I was really happy to find that there was some minerals out there that had selenium which I need for my thyroid and zinc, but not in the form of citrate, but it’s your choice if you want to purchase it it’s a fairly new product I believe it was advertised the new product. disappointing Mary Ruth.

This is my first rodeo with liquid multivitamins and I’m in my 40’s. I’m so glad I did my research and committed to Mary Ruth!!! This coconut tastes so yummy and I noticed a difference within 4 weeks. Currently doing AM and PM versions. My joints stopped hurting and cracking. I have less hair falling out. My skin feels more hydrated and plumped. I’m so excited to keep using and getting results. I’ll be trying several flavors! I love Mary Ruth's, between them and Gaia... My supplements are golden! I've only been taking this two nights in a row now and so far so good. I like the flavor, it's coconut, kind of milky and good. I'm only starting off with half of a dose for now to get used to it. Lots of good minerals and I do think it helped me sleep! My only complaint would be I'm wondering why they used magnesium citrate instead of another form, because this form is used as a laxative. My stomach was a little unhappy today... I hope that gets better Edit: okay I've been using this stuff over a week now and I just have to reiterate that this is unfortunately the wrong kind of magnesium to be taking unless you suffer from constipation. It does the opposite for me and sends me running to the bathroom and with horrible stomach aches the next day. Really unfortunate. They're also seems to be an ingredient that causes a little excitability for me, I'm not sure if it's the vitamin D or something else but sometimes I feel a bit anxious when I get into bed and I'm restless for an hour before I can fall asleep. Just surprised at the formulation as these factors would obviously keep someone up, and this product is marketed for using before sleep. I've had to stop taking it unfortunately
