This saved me during my diagnosis of De Quervains. The splint is comfortable and is effective at immobilizing the thumb and wrist joint. Easy to sleep in or wear during the day. Would recommend for anyone needing a wrist based thumb spica splint.

Fits good, comfortable, supports dislocated thumb very well, to restricts thumb movement it still allows use. The velcro where's out too quick for my liking. I've gone thru quite a few over the years. Wear it every day to be able to do my job well. I've tried other brands and designs. This one serves my needs

I’ve been suffering from “mommy wrist” so I bought this wrist brace in hopes it would let my left wrist rest and heal. It stops me from moving or bending my wrist in any way that would cause pain, so no wrist pain! Of course as soon as I take the brace off and try to do anything, the pain returns. I’m sure I’ll need to wear this brace for longer than a week to feel the full effects and hopefully cure my De Quervain’s tenosynovitis for good. My thumb started to hurt terribly - lots of pain and weakness. I have too much going on and won't see a doctor about it in the near future. So I bought this - and somehow it works! The pain magically goes away when I put it on. It's easy to put on alone and is comfortable to wear. Less than fashionable? Yes. Does it matter - no, because it works. Woo!

Very comfortable and well made. Easy to apply and adjust without help. Stabilized my thumb well but did not immobilize it (Not advertised as immobilizer so not disappointed). Highly recommend

I bought two of these braces in late summer and they made a significant difference in my daily living with my wrist and thumb pain. When the velcro started to wear out after 4 months around Christmas, I bought another set. I wear them on both hands. However, that second pair had velcro that was incredibly hard to pull off at first but now two months later the velcro doesn't stick (unless I really tighten the strap to the point where it's almost uncomfortably tight). I'm not sure there's a solution here but it's frustrating to spend $30 on two items that only last a couple months. I probably wear them a third of the time so it's not like they're getting overused. Five stars for product but two star deduction for Velcro failure and short product life

My thumb and palm was so bad from 36 years of data entry that I was considering surgery, every brace I have bought just didn't help, until now. I wore it overnight and the first time in years I didn't wake up in pain. I'm ordering another brace. This is the best thumb stabilizer ever
