Before I even opened the kit, the sleek and elegant packaging promised a professional sushi making experience! And it delivered! For starters, the knife alone exceeds the cost of the kit, which comes with everything needed to make sushi. The bamboo tools are finely crafted. Access to video tutorials that are easy to understand makes for an exciting starting point. And the lifetime warranty is awesome!

This kit worked great for me. I didn’t have any issues with anything, but I was probably most impressed with the quality of the knife that came with it. I feel like the instructional videos could be a lot better, but I guess they were better than nothing. I’d recommend this kit for the value, and would buy it again if I had to do it over.

The Aya Sushi making kit was made of good quality materials. I found the how to videos were very helpful before I started using it. I had great success with my first sushi roll, and I am excited to make some more! The knife worked great when cutting the rolls. I’m definitely recommending this product to friends, and it would also make a great gift!!!

I'm just getting into Sushi making and had purchased some of these components by themselves, locally or making due with what I had at home already. This kit gets me a bit further, with the chopsticks and knife (my knives wouldn't sharpen very well) and this kit makes it a lot easier to get started.People can go way overboard with sushi tools, that may be me in the future, but for now just learning, this kit is great.

Truly a beautiful set, with well made items and thorough instructions. I was surprised how carefully packaged and well made everything is, and even more pleased when I made sushi for the first time and practically felt like a natural! This set is all you need to get it right the first time, and with minimal fumbling. Will likely purchase more as gifts!

Fun raw vegan possibilities with the kit

This is the first sushi kit I have ever bout but I'd recommend it to anyone who is interested in a basic sushi kit. We had a great time using this kit. We didn't use the nigiri maker, but the mat, knife and video tutorials were all great.
