So it has been a game changer for me … haven’t lost pounds, but haven’t put on either . I love this drink, i used to drink a lot of soda and it has helped me in staying away from it. I mix it with water or flavor seltzer .. it’s really yummy and refreshing !!! Love it

I started using this product years ago with great results. I would start using it a few weeks prior to a vacation or special event to help me slim down my trouble areas (love handles, belly pooch) and aid in my exercise efforts. I loved how easy it was to take. I would definitely notice a difference when using it, felt more slim and trim. I do find it pretty sweet so I mix it in a larger bottle than recommended to dilute it more.The most recent time using it, however, I would develop stomach cramps and pain after drinking it. I do suffer from stomach issues in general but never seemed to have a problem previous times using this. Possibly something in the ingredients was changed but now I am unable to use it. Which is a huge bummer because it was my go-to product for vacation-body prep! I might give it a try one more time but if I have the same painful reaction, I will no longer be using this. Be warned if you have stomach issues, this product might aggravate them!

For reference I'm 41, exercise 4 days a week and originally had about 15 pounds that was/is very reluctant to go away. I'm someone who can stick to an (you name it I've tried it) Diet plan & I won't see 1 pound come off for at least a month.I saw faster results than usual with this Slimquick. I stuck with clean eating (about 1200-1300 calories daily) and did lose 2 pounds a week for the 1st month for a total of 8 pounds but after that I stopped seeing results. I still drink it because I like the green tea benefits & it helps keep the water weight off.I would not say this does much as an appetite suppressant but it gives a little boost of energy without jitteriness. However, those sensitive to caffeine may want to stay away.As for the taste, well that took some getting used to. The flavor is okay it's just very artificially sweet. If knowing that you think you may not care for the drink then I recommend the Slimquick pills that have the same ingredients.This product is not magic; what diet supplement is? Eating right is a must but it does enhance your efforts.Overall I'm giving this 4 stars because I saw some success with this and others with more cooperative metabolisms may find it works better or longer than it did for me.

After the first day of taking this I lost 7 pounds and was so excited because it tastes good and seemed effective.After the second day, I gained back 5 pounds and then gained back another pound after the 3rd day.I’ve had 3 nights of insomnia and have to urinate literally every 2 hours.It is very disappointing and discouraging to suffer through the side effects without the benefit of losing weight!
