It's a good product, but i dont rely on this. It has oil, pretty sure it will be refined oil. So not at all good for health. Otherwise taste is good. My kid loved it.Just that i have completely stopped using refined oil so i dont buy this anymore.I prefer makimg date syrup, nuts powder etc at home.
