This is a great price for fins that are comfortable and help you swim faster. I think these are pretty lightweight compared to the thicker rubber rental ones. My feet slide in easily and it's easily adjustable to tighten and loosen. The rubber area holding the feet feel comfortable enough. I've only worn these for like 10 minutes, so I'm not sure how it'll feel during a real snorkel experience. I feel more at ease having my own gear, especially since I worry about cleanliness.

I bought these fins for snorkeling, to replace some larger scuba style fins. I needed something smaller and less bulky for traveling to beach vacations. These are excellent. They fit easily in a carry-on size suitcase. The foot pockets are soft and roomy enough to wear barefoot or with a neoprene type bootie. I have narrow feet, so have to crank the straps down when I go barefoot, but it's still perfectly comfortable for a snorkel outing. My husband has very wide feet and they were comfortable for him barefoot also, but he didn't have to crank down the straps like I did. They provide enough power and reduce the amount of fatigue you get when using scuba fins. These fit the bill perfectly for our snorkeling needs. I also bought the comparable style of CAPAS fins and they are exactly the same fin, except for their branding. I kept both, one for me and one for my husband.

This is a well made and carries bit of weight. The fins are easy to put in with adjustable tightness to go around the heel. I haven't used it long enough to know if it comes off while being used for extended time in water.

Update **. The company has written to me. Offered a refund or a replacement and we took the replacement. Shipping soon. Very good customer service!We just used these on a recent trip to aruba. One of the straps broke on the second day of using. Cannot fix without possibly breaking them. We have missed our return window. Wondering if selling will help us out. My pair worked great.

Very impressed with the BPS swim fins, especially as an amateur scuba diver that owns professional quality swim fins as well that I used in open ocean and long dives. I don’t know if they’re recommended for scuba and anyways have ones for the dives already, but prefer the BPS swim fins set for snorkeling and training practice.These are perfect for snorkeling as they are more compact, certainly much lighter!Also there are so comfortable that I barely felt them on my feet and experienced absolutely no drag in the water with them. The swim fins also have a really good grip when walking and I wasn’t worried about slipping and falling, while wearing them.These are perfect for taking along on an outing or vacation and I found the travel mesh bag to be especially helpful, both with transporting and as a way to hang them to dry, while carrying or in transition and not being worried about losing or forgetting them.I bought the black ones, but I liked having choices of colors that adds character to using them.

Bought for 2 boys, one age 9 who wears a youth 3 shoe size, the other is age 11 and wears a youth 6. Bought a xxs/xs and a s/m. They are adjustable and fit just fine. They are happy swimming with them, say they go faster.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. From the description on Amazon of the fins, there were so many colors I could choose, so I decided on the pink. I was anxiously waiting to receive the fins, as I had no idea what they would be like. I was really impressed with all of the materials. These things were not cheaply made and were really sturdy. I adjusted them, and got the strap too tight and didn't know how to losen it. Even got on YouTube to try and figure this out, It helped a little but it still took me about a half hour. I guess they were just new and tight, which was OK as I didn't want them breaking while I am on my snorkeling trip. I wrote a review for the company about my experience. The company responded immediately, and I have never received such WONDERFUL customer service. I was happy that the company just listened to me about the strap and the trouble I was having even though I did figure it out. The company said they would be glad to send me an additional strap should something break while I was on my trip. That really relieved my mind as I was concerned that I would not be able to use the pink fins.I just received a package with two straps, even though the straps have not been used on the pair of fins I had purchased for my trip. The company just wanted to reassure me. THEY CERTAINLY DID, and I am going to definitely get all of my grandchildren fins from this company. We live on a lake and I know how much they are going to enjoy them. I highly recommend this company and I want to thank them for the excellent productand customer service. Pros: good size fins for traveling with a semi-ridged design.Cons: runs big and really wide. I’m a shoe size 8 and the S/M is still huge on my foot. I can tell that they’d have too much play and probably cause blisters. Maybe if you plan to wear them with thick booties they’d be ok, but that isn’t my plan... so sending them back.Can’t comment on how they work in water, as I didn’t get that far.

Solid build. Not likely to crack. Keep in mind these are not wide and normal size fins.
