Easy to use, and it kept my palm plant alive when I was away for 8 days.

2 arrived broken. Did not work as expected.

These worked really well for a day, then stopped working at all. I couldn't see any tears or breaks in the tubes but my guess is that they split in the sun.

I would like to rate this zero stars. The package is incomplete. Instructions and the picture on the box clearly show a different type of cap for the bottle reservoir. The cap has a hole in it to insert the green tube. No such cap is in the package. And I see no way on Amazon to buy it separately. I plan to return this product.
