Hope it is indeed High Oleic
3 stars as I would have been happier if High Oleic was also mentioned on the package too (like on Amazon website), as buyers are paying a premium based on that belief. Or if percent of monounsaturated fats were mentioned in composition, we would know. Package indicates nothing in composition or labelling that would seperate it from mid or low oleic sunflower oil available fortified with vitamins and much cheaper. If it is indeed high oleic, I would rate 5 star as I would happily pay the premium asked. edit: I can see now that seller has started mentioning composition on the package. Unfortunately, it is is NOT High Oleic Sunflower Oil as for HOSO typically monounsaturated fat is more than 80% (oleic acid is monounsaturated fatty acid). The seller is mis-selling normal sunflower oil as HOSO and it should not have a premium on normal sunflower oil
