Geology Lab for Kids (Lab Series) Kindle Edition

Great book with lots of good ideas! I bought it for ideas for my science class students. Many of the experiments require an oven, microwave and/or refrigeration, which may be difficult with a class. I wouldn't be able to do them with my class because I don't have those facilities available. Keep that in mind if you want to use it for a class.

This is a fantastic book- my 6 year old is going to love it. So many great earth-related experiments and projects. A big bonus—almost all of them use items or ingredients that you already have on hand.

exceptional books. Our granddaughter is eight and loves these books. It also extends the science classes into the summer and permits to learn about our Earth. I would definitely recommend. The experiments and activities are easy, but instructional. We have purchased the Gardening Lab for Kids and the Outdoor Science Lab. The series is excellent.

Be advised this is for the book only (no materials included) Still the majority of the projects can be done with household items.

I'm a little disappointed that so many of the project ideas require travel, and many others are different ways of growing crystals. My 5 y.o. was bored of growing crystals after the first time

Bought this for my 3rd grader who loves rocks and geology. He plans to use it for ideas to enter into the school science fair.

I purchased 3 copies of this book, 1 for each of my grandchildren. Their parents and my grandchildren love the book and the science experiments it contains. My granddaughter couldn't wait to do the first experiment - and she is only 4 years old!

Excellent book for children with easy to follow projects

Absolutely love this book, bought this for my home educated 8 year old who is obsessed with geology. Every page has a different experiment on that is easy to replicate at home using ingredients that are common in most kitchen cupboards. Book arrived in a timely fashion and in perfect condition.

this is one of 3 in this series I bought for my daughter who is home schooling and she is delighted with it. Beautifully set out and will be of use for years

This is a great fun little book which has some interesting activities and information.Particularly useful during the current lockdown. My 9 year old daughter loves it
