OvenStuff 12” Non-Stick Cake and Pastry Carrier Tray with Locking Pink Cover and Handles

I actually was really excited to receive this product, it has for locking mechanisms that are simple to use and you can transport your cake without damaging it and apparently you can use the enclosed pan as a pizza pan. However, the first one I received I noticed that one side of the pin on one of the locking mechanisms was broken.I really love the design of the product and the price was very reasonable, so I just requested a replacement. The second one that I received the first time I used it one of the pins on one of the locking mechanisms broke off. That was after removing the lid, replacing it, and removing it one more time. Although technically I could still use this product, the pins are very flimsy plastic and I just wouldn’t feel comfortable, because eventually I’d feel like the bottom would drop out and I’d ruin my cake! I ended up returning it, 🥺 but if the pins used for the clips/locks were sturdier this product would be amazing!

Should have listened to other reviewers who said they received damaged product or it broke in few uses. I got cracked product and the clasp is wobbly cuz of the crack. I gave the seller benefit of doubt and thought they had learned from bad reviews already! I am returning.

I liked the carrier as soon as I got it a few months ago. Seemed sturdy enough and fits in the refrigerator easier than my tall cake carrier. Got to use it recently for the first time. I made our daughters Bday cake at the end of March 2021 and took it to her house in this carrier. It seemed great. Held a 2 layered 9 inch cake with thick frosting. Unfortunately the 4th time I unlatched the lid one of the latches broke. The plastic part that holds the latch onto the lid snapped. It was one of the the small plastic “arms” that keep the latch attached to the lid that broke right off. It’s a rather tiny piece of hard plastic. There is no way to fix it at all. I’m rather frustrated about this, and I don’t trust the lid to latch strongly enough to cary it by the handle. How long until another one breaks off and the carrier is completely useless? I also won’t even consider using it to store something in the refrigerator now, given that it snapped at room temp, and would be more prone to breaking if it’s cold. I really liked the rest of the features about this product so I’m rather disappointed at its lack of durability and waisted money. I bought it about 3 months ago so of course it’s too late to return.

Bought this for carrying a cheesecake because the height is just about right. One on the clips broke - this was the first use. I cannot recommend. Doesn’t seem like o be sturdy enough./Users/annoades/Pictures/OvenStuff 12" Cake and Pastry Carrier.jpeg

I needed a cake storage container for in my fridge and for carrying cake to parties and this does the job. Only things I didn't like is that it was a metal tray cause you end up cutting cake on it so you get scratches. I do sometimes use cardboard cake rounds so you can do that to prevent this issue. The locks are sometimes a little hard to lock but they do seem to lock well and tight so that's great.

This device is a wonderful cake container. It is well made and holds a heavy cake. The locking devices are strong and allows one to carry it well. You do not have to be concerned about the cake spilling, even if your cake is a dense cake. You will be very pleased with your purchase. Happy baking!

I bought this twice... first time a clip was missing and appeared to have been used (stickers clearly removed). Ordered replacement and again a clip was missing... is this meant to have only 3 clips but a gap for a 4th with no 4th clip?? And again stickers removed giving impression this was a repurposed / returned item. I get that returned items are likely resold, but I would expect a degree of quality control on what is resold. Pity as it appears to be a nice container and exactly what I was looking for, but I dont feel like buying a 3rd time and end up returning again!

Excellent storage device. The clamps make too much noise, so I get caught stealing cake and banana bread. But, it keeps the food fresh, you need a plastic knife so you don't scratch the base. Crazy colors. Great idea: when you bring a cake to a party, but it in the safe and leave it behind as a gift. You will be loved.

No me gustó el material de la base es de láminas y no me gustó la forma de asegurar la tapa muy frágil y la agarradera igual se safa. Entonces por lo consiguiente el pastel o postre puede sufrir un accidente. Decepcionada. Prefiero la mara Wilton mejor calidad y poca diferencia en precio. Me gustó el color . Por lo demás decepcionada. Gracias

Nice cake carrier kinda wish it was a bit taller. Also came in a box way bigger than necessary

I liked the look of this product but when I received it, one of the four clasps was broken off. I reordered it and just received a second one with a broken clasp. Needless to say, they need some quality control before shipping this item. I will be returning for a second time.

Nice and sturdy keeps cakes goods nice and sealed.
