Bubble Butt! The Challenged Sea Turtle of the Mystic Aquarium Paperback – February 20, 2014

We love this book, the story, Mystic Aquarium, and Charlotte! Although the book is a little long for a 2-year old, my son just loves it, especially since we have seen Charlotte swimming with the sting rays at the aquarium. What a beautiful story about a rescued sea turtle!

This book is ok but i'd prefer the cover be more serious & show Charlotte a little more respect.

The illustration is very whimsical and goes with the text however....a turtle having a tea party? really? I was really hoping for a better depiction of the history of Charlotte the Turtle whom my children adore....we go weekly to Mystic to visit Charlotte.the text rhythm is off and is definitely long as the previous reviewer mentionedI am finding myself replacing many words with the "Butt" and other words mentioned in the book.I realize it is the location of her injury and all however I just find the text just a little off colorThe message is endearing and certainly well intentioned 'but' (no pun intended) just be aware, nearly every page mentioned Charlotte's backside....not a first choice for my 3 and 1 year old kids
