There was some damage to it , overall it seems like a good bike, it took me about an hour to get it out of the crate that it came in in about another hour to install the mirrors and turn signals and handlebars/// update 6/4/2020 I give it five stars now, customer service is great and this is a fun bike, please be safe and wear full ridding PPE gear!!!

Tetyana,i read your review seems you calm down three things make engine run , spark gas air take sparkplug out put a little gas in cylinder if it starts you know have a pinched fuel line seem with air small engine are very simple you can keep it running by connecting rubber hose to a small container of fuel one end to carb other container keep high to run down I would change the oil also ,good luck hope that helps

Easy to ,assemble, super fast shipping ,cranked on first try,we have been riding them as often as possible, I bought 2 bikes and we love them,super easy to get titles done, we were on the road 2 days after delivery

Easy to complete the assembly upon arrival with a little basic mechanical inclination you should be fine. You will need a couple of strong bodies to hold up bike 300+ lbs, for front wheel assembly. Other than that straight forward. Instructions are nil though, so take your time and it will make sense in due time. One issue that stumped me for a couple hours was two 3/8 inch plugs left over. One of them had a hole in it and one was solid. Finally Eureka! Goes in fuel expansion/overflow line under engine. Install the one with hole for riding, solid plug for transport or any place you dont want fuel dripping.I am now about half way through the break-in with a good 10/40 mineral oil. Dont use the oil its shipped with, trust me on that. The bike runs like a fine swiss watch. I did buy a new NGK spark plug to replace original as mainland China bikes I have purchased have junk plugs in them. To my suprise, bike has an NGK resistor plug in it at one heat range cooler. This blew my mind as I mentioned to the Moto guy I would be operating the bike around Yuma AZ in the summer. Bless them for the initiative to drop in that plug for me as I never mentioned it, nor thought about it in all honesty.In conlusion, with my wife on the back we have tickled 76mph on level ground, all be it briefly, as much breaking in left to go. Ride is unbelievably stable and smooth, no shakes or shimmies. Ride is very reminiscient of A Ninja at half the price! You will swear this is a Japanese unit, trust me on that!
