Great tasting ramen and it has a good texture. I do need to cook them a little longer then others but its worth it to have great tasting ramen noodles.

Nice replacement for wheat.
Tasty but doesn't come with seasoning packet. Some of my attempts sent them to the garbage.

Omg I am so happy with these noodles! Yes there are no directions but my 12yo had no issues figuring out how to cook them. It's not that hard ya'll.They had a wonderful chew to them. Still searching for a great GF ramen
I bought this product twice (the first order was never delivered, "suspected lost," and I can't get a refund because it's a food product), so I've paid over $4.50 per serving to try it. Definitely not worth that price point, nor better than the Lotus brand rice ramen I can get in the grocery store.Pros: Individually packaged without a soup base packet (which I never use), vegan, and gluten free ramen noodles.Cons: The package comes with no cooking instructions. The Amazon page says 4-5 minutes, but the photo of the back of a package that has a label (this product has none) says 5-6 minutes. Unfortunately, these noodles go from inedible to slimy in about 30 seconds, somewhere between 5 and 6 minutes of cooking time. As soon as they're cooked through, they clump and take on a grainy, gluey texture. It's not possible to eat them with chopsticks or get a good "slurp" from a bowl of broth.Their flavor is acceptable if you can get over the texture. I plan to try using the remainder of this package for Dandan noodles. They would definitely not work for anything like chow mein or yakisoba due to the clumping.

Delicious Noodles
I was a bit skeptical about purchasing these noodles, however, I was willing to spend the money and try it since I miss noodles since going GF. I ate the noodles twice since receiving the order, and they are delicious! I don't mind spending the money if I can enjoy the noodles. A previous review stated there was no cooking directions, 10 minutes in boiling water worked well for me. I don't typical do reviews...but I must give credit where credit is due. DELICIOUS!!!!Edit: I just placed another order...this noodle is great for people who cannot eat gluten. Just soooo good.

Yup, tastes like ramen!
Despite some mixed reviews I decided to go ahead and give these noodles and try and, I have to say, I was very pleasantly surprised. Now, full disclosure, I was diagnosed with Celiac over five years ago, so my memory of what traditional ramen tastes like may not be the most reliable. But, to the best of my memory, these noodles have both a very similar flavor and similar mouthfeel when cooked to the manufacturer’s instructions. That last point is important. I suspect that a lot of the people who are running into issues, are trying to cook these noodles like they would instant ramen (using the water the noodles were boiled in, etc.). Follow the instructions though, and the results are pretty impressive!
