It is slightly bigger than I expected (no bad thing) and it's also more powerful (again, no bad thing). Obviously, this is designed for cooling the air around your immediate body, rather than an entire space. However, the size of the unit and the strength of the fan (at all three speeds) means that it works well in cooling a good-sized body of air around you.I had a slight problem finding the correct slot to plug in the USB cord on the fan (as you look at it face-on, it's right at the bottom on the left-hand side) and it's going to be a learning experience to work out how much essential oil to use in the diffuser (the first time I used it, I put in too much lavender oil and the room smelled like I'd fallen face-first into a great-aunt's handbag). Also, when you use the diffuser, there's a very slight, but noticeable, high-pitched whine.Overall, I'm very happy with this product. So far, I've only used it for one day, but if it continues to work this well, I'm going to be buying another two of them for friends.

Don't expect frozen air coming from it but it does work and cool down the temperature of a room. Didn't try the sense diffuser. I don't thing this device is for using outdoors despite what the add says... The led light is not bright at all. A little bit noisy, you won't sleep with the machine on. It's an ok product.

Should have known better than to believe the manufacturer's/seller's claims. This is not an air cooler as it does nothing to cool the air in the room (small bedroom). The minimal reduction of temperature coming out via the water filter works in the same way as a conventional desk fan.. i.e. by evaporating sweat even when using near frozen water direct from freezer aimed straight at you. On high power it's noisy and water tank runs dry in less than an hour. On low power it's gutless and useless unless you've literally planted your face in it and runs out of water in less than two hours.. The LED lights are gimmicky and also pointless.Hopeless for a cool night's sleep.For almost £30 I could have bought 2 desk fans. Do yourself a favour, don't bother buying this.. probably goes the same for all other units like this too.

If you’re looking for something like air conditioning, then you need to buy air conditioning. This is a fan that you add water too, but we have found that it’s really not that much cooler than a normal fan. Tried using it in a small bedroom last night to cool down the room and it didn’t really work at all. After closing the doors, windows and blinds and running the unit with ice cold water, it ended up being the hottest room in the house. So if you’re ok to sleep through the loud fan noise and keep it running then it will have a positive effect, but wasn’t what I was looking for or needed. Update (following day), unit turns on for 10 seconds then turns itself off!!! Returning

I am very happy with my Personal Air Cooler it's a little bit noisy but it dose cool the room down I found its better to wet the filter and put it in the freezer for for about 15 minutes

Better than i thought it would be fill it with water and ice cools nicely range isnt the best 3-4 ft good for personal use only thing that let it down is the tank size it says that the water and ice will last 3h on full speed it lasts 1-2h at best its a shame because apart from that is a nice little cooler

I’ve had this a while now. It’s not very efficient. It’s quite noisy, uses the water up quickly so I wouldn’t buy again.
