Highly Recommend - Shiny, Durable & Reasonably Easy Application
This product is relatively easy to apply resulting in a beautiful finish. My experience is strictly with a tropical hardwood laminate flooring. It was applied after a first coat of Zep Commercial ZUFSLR128 Stain Resistant Floor Sealer. As per the instructions, I applied 4 thin coats over about 4 or 5 hours, allowing each to dry completely before proceeding on to the next coat. I used a "Moon Mop," which is a sponge mop with the special shape to get into corners and around objects (toilet, for example) with ease. It worked fine for my application. Once all 4 coats were down, I waited a couple of hours before moving furniture for final placement and made sure there were felt pads under all the legs. The end result is highly desirable. Whereas the hardwood flooring was dull and lifeless prior to application, it became a highly attractive glossy surface that reflects light from every angle. My floors came alive after the product was applied. The only criticism is probably equally true of any product applied as a liquid. One should take great care to ensure the floor is completely devoid of any grit or other debris so as to prevent it from being embedded in the final finish. Sand and other soil isn't so difficult to remove, however any hairs that remain on the floor will become incorporated in the finish layer where they stand out quite conspicuously. I found it necessary to sweep and wet mop first, and then I vacuumed thoroughly, getting into all the small cracks and crevices that exist in just about any installation, before I once again mopped, this time using a Swifter type mop pad to pick up the last few vestiges of hair. Still, I can point out places where a hair shaft or two is embedded in the finish. It's not unsightly, but it is reasonably conspicuous. I've had some floors finished for over a month with no visible signs of wear. I do have an area in one room that has some light marks because furniture was dragged over the final finish prematurely. I'll be going over that area in an attempt to eliminate the marks soon. If I experience any difficulties, I'll be certain to update my review. Let me be clear; had I followed my advice (above) by waiting for a couple of hours or overnight before moving furniture on that floor, there would be no appreciable marking. It was my first experience and I simply assumed that it would be okay since the floor appeared completely dry. It was, however I suspect that it was still a bit soft underneath the shiny, hard finish, which convinced me I could challenge it before it was sufficiently cured. I really like this product. I'm finishing roughly 2,000 sq. ft. with 4 coats. I'll end up using 3 gallons for that much area, so I'd say it will adequately polish 600 to 700 sq. ft. Only a single gallon of the sealer was necessary and I will have some left over after finishing the full 2K sq. ft. Good luck. I think you'll like the results you achieve.

Wow buy it now.
I love love this polish. It’s a milky white soy milk like liquid that dries shiny clear. I put 4 coats on in my kitchen. One picture has were I stopped polish and the unpolished original tile is. It is a bit chemically stinky. Update, not for Smooth tile, it started peeling after 3 days. It’s still a great product but not for smooth tile floors. I’ll be looking into something else.

This stuff is amazing! Highly recommended it!
I love all zep products! They all work amazingly and with out scrubbing! I use this in a very high traffic are a storage facility so the carts in and out and the different shoe types this is simply amazing it works so good that the glare from the sunlight causes my automatic doors to open and close by them selves that’s how well is shines! Ones I’ve polished and the traffic starts back up a mop dust with some mop dust spray wipes the newly tracks right up as if I just glossed floors again. I usually won’t have to gloss again for a week! It works so well I pay out of my own pocket to buy it cuz it make my life easier by not having to mop daily but weekly! Being a solo person running a 703 unit facility I can use all the help I can get! Thanks to zep!

Great for stained concrete. Brought them back to life!!!!
I bought this for my sad, dull, ugly stained concrete floors. After a year of heavy traffic in my tiny house, they were sad. No matter how much I mopped them they wouldn't shine and always looked dirty. New to concrete flooring, I wasn't sure what to use or if I needed to reseal them. Omg. 2 coats of this and they are almost blinding. I stared at them way too late. I just couldn't stop looking. Was a huge relief to have nice shiny floors again. So glad I found this product. Wish I took before photos. It's like night and day.

The Best!
I needed to strip the floor four times to remove decades of junk from a previous tenant, followed by another two layers of Sealer. After that, this Polish is the easy part! As recommended, I applied four coats. It goes on quickly. My floor was small enough that I applied it by hand with a rag from a cotton sheet. The fumes are not so scary, and the result is a solid cover that looks like it will last a long time.

Good finish
Goes a long ways. I’m finishing 400 SF and will have plenty left to do touch up coats later on. It gets a little shinier with each coat. I did 4 coats and have a medium shiny finish

This produces a high quality shine when used on a epoxy floor. The shine has lasted in a high traffic area. And this is my second time buying this product because of the results.
