I purchased a specifically to make French onion soup at home with all the restaurants shut down right now. They are just as expected and perfect for that purpose. I only gave four stars because several of them had small chips in ceramic when I received them but they still serve their purpose.

One of the bowls was broken. The package had bubble wrap inside on the top but nothing on the bottom. Nothing wrong with the product.

For us, much too small to even use. We gave them away

These bowls are attractive and well made. They are a little smaller than I had hoped, but none the less they their job.

Although the rim is a little small for frozen onion soup, you can still use them. A perfect size
